I really like this store Ross , but unfortunately I stopped by this store today 11/07/2024 . I don’t believe is handicap assessable the reason why is because the racks are way too high for anybody that is either in wheelchair or have mobility disability they will have a huge issue with getting items from the shelves or the racks, especially in the men’s and women’s department the shirts . The racks are too high, and also the pathway was very narrow. There is no way it wheel With unable or have mobility to get up or able to get through or even reach to Closing items . It was very disappointing. I uploading the photos so you can see it is too high for a person In a wheelchair, or have mobility issue to go through the racks of clothes

Whenever you go into this Ross Branch, there is no daytime without having a very loud Alarm coming from the Shoe Department or Parfum Department! The Alarm get activated just picking up shoes and nobody cares! The Branch is also the most unorganized Branch.
