Rude workers. The associate hit my cousin with the cart because she couldn’t say excuse me or wait until we moved out the way. I went to the service desk to ask to speak to a manger and the lady ask me what I need. Right there I was livid. Very unprofessional and rude. I don’t need anything, I’m a paying customer and I needed to address an incident with a worker. I will never go back there again. And you guys need to train them on what a good customer service associate should represent. Saturday June 29th at 2:03PM

Through this means I want to communicate to you with great sadness the humiliation and contempt that I was made to experience and feel towards one of the store managers (Luis). I was insulted in front of clients and employees, professional and personal, putting my abilities and preferences into question. This has never happened to me before and I am going to take action on the matter. I would like Ross Corporation or CEO to contact me. Such a renowned store must have ethics and professional principles to treat customers and employees themselves.

This had never happened to me before and I'm going to take action on the matter. I would like the corporation or CEO of Ross to contact me. So recognized a store must have ethics and professional principles to treat customers and employees themselves.

Nobody speaks English inside the store. Every employee you try to ask something is talking with you in Spanish. Garbage everywhere, nobody is cleaning the store.

RACIST WORKERS DO NOT SHOP HERE. I waited in line patiently for 30 minutes literally there was nothing but returns in front of me but oh well. before the woman working there SHOOED ME AWAY IN SPANISH and i said what?! and she continued to babble in spanish. so i went to the self check out which i asked if i could go into before because it was taking so long. then the worker there watched me ring everything up and i separated the other items that anti theft devices so they could be taken off after the fact by the dude in the self check out. The other worker there (seperate cashier woman) then went and proceeded to go through all my bags and check all my things against the receipt and ( the guy there watched me ring it all up and i asked them for help a couple of times as well) she then asked if i had things inside of 2 car lumbar support boxes (that were the type where you can clearly see the product through the box display opening) and was looking through everything as if i was stealing (i have a 6 figure job so uh kinda dont need to do broke a$$ stuff like steal from Ross) this took about another 15 minutes on top of the 20 minutes spent my self ringing everything up which is insult to injury. (instead of the cashier doing their job and ringing me up instead of shooing me away in spanish) Then because she was so pre occupied with seeing if i was stealing or not which i absolutely wasnt she forgot one of the anti theft tags on a hat that i set aside so then i had to go to ANOTHER worker to have HIM check my receipt AGAIN to take the device off when i hadnt walked more than 5 feet away from the the station the other lady was at but she didnt care and was busy giving actual customer service to some cuban customers. So FINALLY after literally 1 hour of me sitting in line interacting with 4 different cashiers was i able to finally leave the store and they couldnt be bothered to even give me a large bag for all the items i had so i had to go again and ask for bags and waste more time i dont have. AGAIN all these people were RIGHT there while i was checking out and payed for my stuff and they treated me like a second class citizen because i dont speak spanish (nor should i have to) the looks they gave me and how they wre towards me was unbelievable. i Have never experienced this level of discrimination as an Italian or a veteran in my life.
they did NOT do this to any other Cubans there though at all they helped them with a smile on their face IN FACT MY WIFE went yesterday and they treated her nicely because she often is confused as Cuban/Colombian/Mexican because she is a very spanish blooded filipina. They ONLY did this to the Italians, Asian, Haitian people (and likely bc i have tattoos.) they ALSO turned away an asian man with 1 item and another Italian women because they didnt speak spanish which is insane. i got racially profiled when i am a disabled marine corps veteran that served this country just to come back and get treated with contempt and apathy by people we so GRACIOUSLY ALLOW to come here understanding the situation that exists in Cuba. They treated me like a criminal when they literally watched me ring up everything myself like an a--hole and i spent literally 1 hour checking out when i was the ONLY OTHER PERSON IN LINE. I will be calling corporate and filing a lawsuit for racism and discrimination. this was the most bizarre experience of my LIFE. IF YOU DONT SPEAK SPANISH KNOW THAT YOU ARE NOT WELCOME HERE. I HAVE TRAVELED ALL OVER THE WORLD AND I LEARN PEOPLES LANGUAGES OUT OF RESPECT AND CANNOT BELIEVE HOW THEY WERE TO ME AND MY FELLOW AMERICANS BLACK ASIAN WHITE. THE ONLY PERSON THAT WAS NICE AND HELPFUL WAS THE LADY THAT WAS STOCKING THE SHELVES. I NEVER thought id be on google feeling the need to review a Ross like this but here i am. i hope they didnt steal my card info or anything tbh. Also the store had stuff all over and was disorganized as he11 it was aboput 87 degrees out and the AC was fully off in the store it had to have been about 95 degrees in the store.
