I was looking for a pair of white sneakers. I was not greeted by any of the sales people, of which there were at least 5. Instead of a smile I got plenty of frowns and faces turned away from me when I attempted eye contact. I did hear and see them greet other shoppers. I'd rather get the Chanel sneakers I wanted to purchase anywhere else.

Very unfriendly experience to the point that made me feel that I didn’t belong as a “client” of your store when I returned to pick up a dress that I purchased. I felt very inadequate and uncomfortable. Kindness to others goes a lot longer way than that commission check the employees are working for. Kindness does matter!

GO TO NORDSTROMS.The people here will try to nickel and dime you. Saks off 5th is better than here - Nordstrom is better service and quality ANY day. Save yourself, the headache, and avoid this place. If you want, buy a candle, but nothing else.

Great store for the high end clothing.Lost a star hence 4 due to: I ordered 2 shirts in the store and later when I didn’t get them I found out that my order was cancelled. Sure as heck I didn’t cancel it.

Went to Saks the day after Christmas to exchange an Hermes watch that had been purchased off of website. Having worked in retail many years ago , I remember what a nightmare December 26th can be in stores . Scott Steele in the jewelry department assisted me and could not have been more professional and polite . Outstanding service . Really appreciated that he took the extra time to make sure exchange was done correctly and that I was happy . Thank you Scott !

BY FAR the best Saks in the system! Inventory is abundant, women's clothing is well organized, and there are always plenty of sales people to help! Jewelry selection is quite good too! One area that lacks professionalism is the makeup counter... they can't seem to accurately manage stocking and the expertise in current makeup trends is lacking. The sales people in this area seem to lack motivation and work ethic whereas the clothing department staff all hustle. It's also the only good department store in SW FL so all the spending is focused here!

Very nice shop, they have "boutique shops" inside of Saks. For example, David Yurman, Dior, Fendi, Givenchy, etc. The sales staff is VERY attentive and helpful and the store is very beautifully appointed.

Was returning an item, brand new, unopened with receipt and staff member was extremely rude. First time experiencing this level of rudeness at Saks Fifth Avenue.

Absolutely horrible Customer Service. I came in to find a dress and went to the section to find someone to assist. I found Linda near the department and asked for her help. She was chatting with a friend and literally told me no, to go find someone else to help. It was an $800 dress mine you. After circling the store to find someone else, I finally asked to speak to a manager. While the manager found someone to help me, he did not once apologize for the poor service. If I didn't need this dress asap, I would have just ordered it online. I will not be back to say the least.

My experience with Saks was incredibly frustrating. I accidentally purchased the wrong size Eton dress shirts at the Saks store while on vacation in Miami on June 22nd. I then ordered the correct size through the Saks online store on June 26th. I attempted to return the original items through Saks Off Fifth, which is the only Saks location within 100 miles of my home address; they refused to accept the return. I attempted to call the Saks store in Miami during regular business hours; they did not answer the phone after waiting on the line for 42 minutes. I emailed my store receipt to Saks Fifth Avenue Customer Service and the agent offered to set up a FedEx pickup on Tuesday, July 11th. FedEx did not come on July 11th. When FedEx came on July 12th, they said they had no shipping label and no knowledge of the scheduled pickup. I again attempted to reach Saks Fifth Avenue customer service and was told they could no longer help with the return. They connected me with an Saks Fifth Avenue store in Naples FL which also refused to help. I have now spent nearly 4 hours on the phone trying to return these items. After this experience, I will never shop at Saks Fifth Avenue again. Buyer beware, you cannot return your items through the online store or a Saks Off Fifth location!

The African American lady who has helped me to choose Christian Louboutin shoes was very nice and helpful! I was really picky. They didn’t have in stock what I wanted, so she ordered it straight to my home.

Recently, I bought a Chanel bag at this Saks Fifth, and upon closer inspection when I got home, I found some imperfections on the leather of the bag. I returned to the store looking for help with the issues with the bag or to exchange the bag. However, the employee I spoke with had a negative attitude, was dismissive of my concerns, and offered no support. I was repeatedly told that nothing could be done with the bag, and when I asked about getting the leather fixed/repaired, she said to me that it would not make a difference and it would be a waste of time. After much back and forth and no help, I left, feeling disappointed, and my time and money were wasted as I had to drive out of town to resolve the issue, only to be met with poor customer service.

I was in the area on vacation and decided to treat myself to some Prada sunglasses. The transaction was smooth, however, as driving back I noticed a few fingerprints on the glasses. Thought it was no big deal I'll clean them at home. I could not get the fingerprints off whatsoever. Not even with glass cleaner or a dab of dawn soap. Called them back and said to come in and they can clean them up for me. Went to the same lady who sold me the glasses. She couldn't get them off either. Funny how she even sold me the glasses in the first place with the stains. Manager was called and wow was she rude haha! The manager did not like the encounter one bit. But too bad. Don't sell 500 glasses with stains on them.
