Staff is very rude. They are not helpful. I go to the store on Airport whereby they are very helpful and friendly.

I went to Sally's recently and Marissa has the worst attitude and she is really disrespectful and is really pushy and rude and i wanted blond highlights but she did NOT know what the process of highlighting my hair and and i had to explain several times of what the color blond i wanted and she smelled like weed and did not know what was going on. I thought Sally's would have a stricter better standard then with back ground checks and drug testing. I will never go back to that sally's and I will go to Ulta Beauty where they have better help and prices.

I went to Sallys to color my hair purple and blue and I talked w Marissa she didn't know the process of how to color hair or anything about it she was not helpful and rude she was pushy with me buying the wrong color for my hair and gave me wrong Instructions on how to color my hair with 2 colors she needs a attitude adjustment i will NEVER shop at that sallys again.

Got here around 6:15 PM on a Friday and they're closed. Both Google Maps and the posted sign say they're open until 7:00 PM.

I was waiting on line to buy hair color and the cashier must have been ringing up one of her friends because they were chatting about life, which is fine I don’t mind waiting. Even if it had been awhile at that point and the cashier was just chatting rather than ringing up items. The part I did mind is when the friend told the cashier “oh I don’t mean to hold you up, there’s other people waiting” to which the cashier responded “Nothings going to happen to me, I’m the manager so they can just wait”. I was shocked to hear that’s how much the manager values professionalism and customer service. I immediately put the items down and left because I’m not going to support stores that don’t care about customers. I would recommend going to Ulta or any other Sally’s.

Clean and organized. Helpful staff. Very knowledgeable on products and sales. It was a pleasure shopping at this location.

I've tried to call several times and can NEVER get an answer. Running in a rush trying to find 1 thing that is ONLY at Sally's and looking for 1 of there rare stores that is open past 7pm but couldn't get an answer and found out on Google this one is open until 9pm and I would NEVER have none that because they will NOT answer their phone, that's not very good customer service or good business.
