Jackie has been doing my lashes for years and she’s amazing. She’s gentle, takes pride in her work and truly cares about the quality of the products she uses. She even offers different colors if you like a unique look and her prices are very reasonable. The relaxing music makes it easy to drift off into a peaceful little nap during your service. I highly recommend Jackie for any of the services she provides — whether it’s lashes, hair or the new cryotherapy the salon offers. You will love her!

Good Day to All. So I just wanted to share this story and warn you all about doing business with Salon Delphine Spa in the Pavilion. My mom is 92 and has gotten perms all her life, most recently at a salon that she frequented for probably the last 15 years. She had a stroke back in October and is now confined to a wheelchair which left her unable to continue at her usual salon because they could not accommodate a wheelchair at the sink etc.
We called Salon Delphine because it is close to her home in Pelican Bay and after telling them what we were looking for, they assured us they could accommodate her. After spending 4 hours there yesterday, she came home with a totally butchered haircut and a perm that did not take.
Her aide had taken her and was furious with the results so I decided to stop there today. I explained who I was and asked the proprietor if she realized that the perm did not take. She said yes it did not take at all. So I asked her why she charged us $205 for a (butchered) haircut and a perm that did not take! Her answer was that she performed the service so she should get paid! I said but by your own admission the perm did not take and cannot be processed again because my mom has very fine and thinning hair. We argued back and forth and I asked her to show good faith as a local business owner, and someone who agrees that the end result was not achieved to please refund the amount for the perm ONLY even tho she also agreed that the haircut was less than flattering. She out and out refused. So I am now reaching out to the credit card company and canceling the entire amount because I gave her several chances to do the right thing.
Bottom line is I DESPISE people who take advantage of anyone, ESPECIALLY the elderly or those who can’t speak up for themselves! PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS. They don’t deserve it, besides being inferior at what they do they have zero conscience about charging for services NOT rendered!

Absolutely horrible business. Incompetent, dishonest, vindictive owner. I wouldn’t trust them to cut the cheese, let alone my hair.

One of the hairdressers who was working here wanted to move to another salon so she could earn more money, she is a single mother struggling to support herself and her daughters. The salon owner is now threatening to sue her using a non compete clause so she can't make a living elsewhere.

For the second time, I've arrived for an appointment I made over the phone to be told that the appointment didn't exist. The first time, another stylist was available (or I could wait 90 minutes for my stylist). Today the owner, whom I made the appointment with two days ago, acted like I was the one who was confused. I have an event to attend this afternoon and am in disbelief. Go elsewhere.
