I had a facial which was good but not nearly as delightful an experience as I’ve had at other Aveda Salons. I left feeling horrible that I’m tan, that it was obvious I didn’t use Retinol and need dermabrasion for peach fuzz on my aging face. Seriously left and cried.

Rose is the perfect stylist for both men and women. My wife and I both go to her. She’s fun, personable and super attentive to the job at hand. She offers friendly, candid suggestions without pushing anything. Five-star all the way!

I really love the girls that work at Aveda. I love El Dorado. She does an amazing job on my hair and I have been fine hair with extensions and highlights so I’m very particular about it and you have a new person Emma who’s also very gentle and does a good job I’m very pleased. I also had my hair highlighted and cut by El Dorado and she did an amazing job. She’s very good. The only complaint I have about the place is that there was a sign at the front desk that said they’re going to charge me an extra charge for using a credit card. They said I have the choice of using cash or a debit card. I’ve had my identity stolen several times with a debit card so I refused to use a debit card Asked if I could use a check and they said they didn’t know what that was or how to use that I’ve been using for checks for years and it’s the same as cash so I was hoping that you could reconsider that if you need to charge for the credit card fees that you would allow me to use a check instead of carrying large, some of cash with me all the time just for my hair. The salon is clean, inviting and the ladies at the front desk are most accommodating and try to answer all our questions.

I got my hair cut by Danielle and I’m obsessed with how it came out. Danielle offered great feedback about the style I was getting. She was very kind when I asked to go shorter and super patient with my thick hair. I would 100% come back again to get my hair done by her :)

It is always stuffy and hot in the salon. The a/c is not set to a comfortable temperature. My appoints are always late afternoon and even though there aren’t many customers at the time, it is uncomfortable.Rosie hair stylist is very nice and easy to work with.
