You need to carry Miracle Whip and cannister maxwell house coffee. They do in Michigan. We checked out in the self serve check out. We were told to scan and place in empty cart provided. Others didn't and I stood there and watched people scan in the same cart they used and not scanning all items. This is stealing!!!!

Over all a good place to get fruits, vegetables , meats , dog food, TVs, pharmacy, gas. Over all less expensive then Costco and not as crowded Self checkout and pay via app gets you in and out quickly.

Went to drive thru car wash at Sam's Club, Naples Fl. It tore roof rack completely off our car roof! Took to manager, Dale, whom said their not responsible for loose items. Really?! Roof rack was bolted onto car! They want proof but wouldn't show us video of it being ripped off our car!!! Come on big box store! The odd thing is, was just under repair shortly before that happened!

Most of the time I find what I need. Would have given 5 stars, but they no longer sell My Pillow anymore, which was a stupid move on Sam's part. Everytime I was in, I regularly picked up a My Pillow for $19.98! I always saw others purchasing them everytime I was there! Mike Lindell's products speak for themselves with the quality materials used. Sam's could be making more money by carrying several of Mike Lindell's products! People will pay for quality. All other pillows Sam's sells aren't adequate.

Horrible! I purchased a membership in order to purchase one item but in quantity. Firstly, I could not get the order to go through online computer error … two days with customer service and no resolution.I had to upgrade the membership but still I could not get their free shipping - in though it stated it was an option.I ended up ordered locally and I hired a delivery service on three occasions because each time they shorted my order.Three times on all three different orders. I received confirmation each time that it was ready for pickup only to be told otherwise. Again, I got emailed a receipt confirming the quantity purchased and instructing that it was ready to be picked up. I called corporate today after I hired a delivery service to hike to Cape Coral (45 min from home) only to be told well you were not charged for the missing items …but we will give you a $25 gift card - what???? I was paying a delivery service all three times! They should of given my similar item and matched the price.Costco - all the way!!!!!

Ok, just joined and wasn't impressed. Prices were no less than Costco and selection was wanting. Not many organic products. Check out was crowded and slow.

I've been using there pick up service for a over 4 years, it used to be way better. Now they just bring the items out and leave them there, no helping hand no smile Not sure what they are lacking but I hope it changes back soon.

I aam glad a am a Sam's Club Member, and am happy with their prices and the convenience of the app...but if you buy tires be ready to stand in line a long time before being attended to. The tire center needs staff!

Mostly use Scan & Go app to avoid waiting in line but to check prices, add or delete items and keep track of subtotal. Very busy but mostly courteous customers. People work diligently
