The staff at Naples Scan Design , especially Lisa have always been professional and helpful when we moved to SWFl in 2022. Her assistance with purchasing a sofa was the foundational piece we used to build our home design. When we were frustrated with another furniture store, I decided to return to Scan Design to purchase the furniture pieces I needed. Although Lisa didn’t handle that sell, she sent emails on how to care for our new furniture. I don’t recall the other sales person name but she was helpful as well. A year after purchasing our initial pieces, we needed a curio cabinet/bookcase and we returned to Scan Design because we needed a quality piece of furniture that we know will last many years. Lisa was our salesperson and assisted us again with measurements and by patiently listening to our needs. She is one reason I continue to return to Scan Design but they also have great furniture.

Been a long time customer of Scan Design. Latest purchase was not a pleasant experience. Both me and my daughter were in the store and clearly told the salesperson we wanted a 8x10 rug. However a 5x7 was ordered. When receiving rug we didn’t realize it was 5x7 until we finally got it laid out on the floor. Called and they would not exchange it for a 8x10. Disappointing. Now I have a 5x7 expensive rug I cannot use. Never did we say we wanted a 5x7 rug

for the most part it was positive. Delivery was a little strained Also was missing a part. I went to the showroom to talk to my sales person about it. I also asked for literature on the pieces I purchased since I didn't get them with the delivery. Would like to have had that for my files but instead sales person sent it to me via email which means I have to print it out to put with my other info/warranties on furniture. I do love the product though.

Wonderful store with high quality stuff, with great taste. The prices are a bit high but it is not the typical products you will find in a furniture store. Lorena was amazing in helping me find options for decorating my home, she made a layout with all the measurements while not putting any pressure on me to buy anything specific.I haven't made any purchase yet but certainly will come back to this store for something. Thank you Lorena!

Scan Design is wonderful store with a curated selection of high quality products offered at an excellent value. You'll also find knowledgeable, friendly sales people who are NOT high pressure. (They don't need to be because Scan Design products sell themselves).Shop with confidence at Scan Design!

We have shopped at Scan Design for the last few years for our furniture needs. The store in Naples has excellent inventory and more important they have superb, customer service staff with Paul and Michael. They not only meet their customers' expectations but far exceed in and truly give one the quality customer experience.

Scan Design has a beautiful selection of modern furniture and many price point options. Their customer service gets an A++. Paul and Michael are so helpful and accomodating. I had one service issue and they went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of quickly and to my satisfaction. If you need furniture go to Scan.
