My entire family and myself were with this agency for 10+ years. Their service has gone way down and I tried very hard to stay, but not even Scott gets back to you or wants to be bothered. Moved to another local agency that has been AMAZING! Already found a missing discount that this agency couldn't be bothered with.

The person who I originally spoke with was wonderful, but I had the misfortune of speaking with Annette Tirado today. She was argumentative and kept talking over me. She’s rude and aggressive.I also have not been sent the paperwork for my second vehicle and driver. Major failure here.

I have been with State Farm for over 20 years the first 17 years i was in California. I had the same agent for 17 years and I loved them, I moved to Florida and was with two other offices before I found Scott Hansen’s. I appreciate his office the girls are always so nice and great every time I call. Claudia is who I have had the pleasure to deal with the most. She is very nice and always answers all my questions.
