Small Sephora store but conveniently located in Waterside Shops. Nataliai is awesome! She is so helpful with her vast knowledge of all the products and she is an excellent beauty advisor!.
4 out of 5 only due to several times I gone to Sephora and they have a product display but the product is sold out.

Thank you Kyle! I am a girlie in my twenties and i feel like I don't know as much as others about makeup and the steps. I came in 10 minutes after opening, totally didn't look at the time and felt so bad that I came in knowing I would be requesting for help at this early hour. An employee with bright purple hair welcomed me warmly and asked if I was in need of assistance. I was looking to have my face matched for foundation. They said they would grab someone to assist me and within twoinutes or less Kyle was there to help me. Kyle made me feel comfortable with the fact that I don't know makeup and kept reassuring me. He took his time trying to match my foundation color and find my perfect match. I also was looking for assistance with a concealer as well as a bronzer. Kyle was a big help and very kind! He said if I ever wanted came back with my full face and ask for tips or ways to elevate my makeup more to come back. I hope to make him proud haha! Thank you again!

This is the only stand alone Sephora in Naples and I do not mind driving far to get to it!! I went in looking for a new foundation and concealer for the holidays and Mokey did not disappoint! He spent 45 minutes trying different brands and shades until we found the perfect combo of foundation, color correction, and concealer. If you are ever in need of assistance at Sephora, Mokey is the one!!!

Honestly this was one of my worst Sephora experiences. As a long time loyal customer to the brand, I have come to expect a baseline level of service such as a greeting at the door and an offer of any assistance. I’ve been to this location a few times, and every time I’ve received that. I don’t think I’m particularly needy as a customer, but I was treated as a burden to the employees. I had to track down an employee to get help looking for a display, and I just got a vague direction, she did not lead me to the display as I would expect. The customer service was honestly subpar and it was not a comfortable shopping experience.
