I would give a million stars to these girls! They are simply incredible groomers and wonderful people. They love my pup like shes their own and treat her so well. To me they are worth every cent for that reason alone. My kid loves to have fun at the salon and play with the other dogs. She comes out looking gorgeous, smelling delicious and rocking some super cute bows in her ears. They took loving care of my girl for 9 years when she passed away and now take care of my new puppy.

Took my doggies here and was extremely impressed. They are not your average groomer. They took their time and were very detailed. Yes, you have to book ahead of time, just like a good hair dresser, but the wait is totally worth it! They are a local business and the care they took shows that. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Not a bad grooming job. Just felt it was way too expensive. Wouldn't recommend. Hard to find good grooming in Naples.

We brought our 50# white Labradoodle here 1 1/2 years ago when we first moved. They love her, she loved them. Our dog was gorgeous when she came out. The negative was the $180 bill. I’m sure many can afford that on a regular basis. They are great groomers.

☆UPDATE☆Since placing this reveiw this establishment has completely shunned us and wont take our dog anymore. Very unprofessional!!! Don't worry though I found a better place!!!I love this place for many reasons. I love that they dont pin the dogs up in cages and let them run around on the floor, and I love how good they are with my dog. My only complaint and the only reason they didn't get 5 stars is it seems like everytime they keep my dog a little longer, this last time, they kept her for 5 hours before calling and letting me know she was ready. I think 2 hours should be the maximum time for keeping your dog even if their busy. I don't understand why they take appointment times if they're going to keep her for more the half a day.So if you want an excellent cut and treated well for your dog, this is the place, just know your dog will be gone all day. My dog doesn't handle being with strangers that long and she was mad at me and sulking the next day and a half after going to the groomers.

I am new to the area, and I called Shear Luxury Pet Styling because it's in my zip code. I was asking about their grooming and I was told call back next September, we are booked for the year. Really?? All she had to say is that they weren't taking new clients, but let me take your name and number just in case I get some availability. Poor customer service!

I booked my 3-pups 3-months in advance which was to be April 9th. Of course they were closed like many businesses. I just called to rebook. Jennifer said I would have to wait another 3-months. These owners don't care about customer service at all. There is no communication with existing customers. Don't try to book your pup here. Unless you can wait 3-months of course. Extremely difficult owners who could care less about customers.

I am new to the area and called the other day to make an appointment to have my dog groomed. They told me they are not accepting new clients. What business doesn’t accept new clients ?? Why even pay for a website or advertising? Seems pretty senseless to me but what do I know ?♀️
