I realize I was only going to spend about $30 but the guy took my order then never moved to get my paint. Then he started taking other customers and never did actually mix my paint. Very rude.

Very rude red-head staff lady at this store. I went in the purchase a sample size of paint and she told me they’re all out of sample sizes and to try back another time. I’ve never heard of a paint store not offering sample quart sizes for people to try out first. She was short and offered no explanation as to why they couldn’t make me a small size of paint. There was no one else shopping in this store and I can see why. Manager definitely needs to train their staff better.

I was not happy with the products which were recommended. We did an exterior repaint. Product did not cover we had to use 3 or more coats. Also 2 years later the paint job showed signs of failure I called the rep who has not gotten back. This company use to be great, it’s a shame they are falling apart. Great people but I believe lots of negative pressure from corporate cheaper products etc

Lady working was very rude and short with us. Not at all how I should be treated when I go into a store as a customer. Very very disappointed.

This is a great store especially if you are not a professional and need some assistance or guidance. Jose is very polite and knowledgeable. Jasmin is incredible; she has exceptional knowledge about not just her products and recommendations in the best quality paint but more helpful because of her expertise with colors. Especially what works best together. She is friendly, articulate and patient!!! Many thanks

The service was terrible. They only need to ring up my purchase but they instead stopped waiting on me and began waiting on others without masks.I told the man after waiting for him to complete the other people who came in after me that I needed to leave soon for an appointment. They acted if they could not care less. I left and called them requesting a curbside purchase later and the man was rude to me by hurrying me on the phone when I complained about the service.

The young man behind the counter, Jose, was able to take an old chip of paint and match it perfectly for my repair job. I was impressed. He was very patient and helpful and the paint was excellent quality.

I try to get paint matched at Lowe's 3 times finally I gave up when in to Sherman Williams who got it right the 1st time perfect match
