Customer service was great! At first I was skeptical about using drywall primer as suggested over the glossy paint I had in my bedroom but it worked like a charm and my new layer of paint stuck to it way better than the other primer I'd gotten somewhere else to test

Visited store location on two different occasions within a couple of days to get seek advice on what kind of paints and products to use and purchase on my home projects, methods to remove old paints on concrete and other advice. I was instructed to send in my helper or hire a professional painter. He didn’t have time to explain it to me on both occasions! It seemed to trouble him greatly to help a none professional painter; someone who has already purchased paint on several occasions in the past for home improvements from Sharon Williams but will not in the future!Sincerely,Roger

The customer service at this location is horrible!! They are rude and short!! You ask a question and get a short answer, they don’t even look at you when you are talking. They treat you like your “an inconvenience” I asked about a promo they had going on. The guy at the front just said “i don’t know” didn’t even make eye contact or look at us once. He kept looking straight at his computer. The staff needs to be retrained. And it’s not just one Person its a few of them. They had a bad attitude 1 week ago, i gave them a Try again today, But no more !! I rather drive a few miles out of my way then to go back into that store. I called the immokalee rd location and they immediately knew what I was referring to regarding the promo and were super helpful
