Customer service is everything! I went yesterday and the employee at the cashier was very rude! He greeted me with “ We are about to close “ It was 7:00 pm and I thought “ it’s ok , I have time” so I didn’t pay attention to his rudeness and unprofessional behavior. Then, 10 minutes after he chased me just to tell me that he was closing the store at 7:30. I didn’t reply because he was being rude and I didn’t want it to escalate. While I was paying, I asked him, at what tine does the store close and he said in a high voice “ I close at 7:30”. He was very unprofessional. He could have explained that some stores closes earlier than others instead of giving me the worst of the attitude, not to mention his intimidating demeanor looking straight into my eyes. Will never go back again!!!

Went in to buy running shoes and ended up buying that and some more! Staff was kind and helpful and patient with me. Bought New Balance beige and Calvin Klein loafers!! Both feel great on my feet :D

Husband had purchased slippers and we had to return them likely due to a manufacturing issue. The manager was extremely helpful and we left happy customers who will return and purchase again.

I went in looking for some nice ol loafers and was surprised by how big of a store it was! The nice blonde lady on the register helped me look for a pair in a cognac color and was great! She brought all of the pairs that she could find in my size in what I was looking for! If you need any help and are to shy to ask for it I recommend asking :) the loafers were priced just right

Don't honor the price of the advertising of the big sign said 20 per pair and the blonde manager tried 60 a pair.

Yolanda the manager for 25years was horrible. Terrible customer service and professionalism. Never asked if we needed help, brought my family of four in for shoes. Yolanda was on her personal cell phone the entire time and when we were checking out she made us wait while she used the store phone to call her personal phone that she just lost in the store and made another employee run around the store looking for it. When we commented on how rude she was being, she replied “it’s a $700 phone, that I pay for”. Yolanda was very unprofessional. My family and I live in Naples year round and have been to this store many times for our shoe purchases, but not sure we will be back unless someone can light a fire under Yolanda and get her to understand good customer service skills as she should be a role model of this standard being the manager.This experience happened: 9/30/19
