At first I thought my experience was a good one. I ordered the bed back in May, but delayed delivery until I moved into a new house in October.... which went fine. The delivery guys were good at setting the bed up, but they refused to attach the headboard to the bed. After calling my store to complain, I learned my salesman, John Delfino, screwed up and didn't include the headboard brackets in my original order. AND they made me pay another additional $50 for these brackets that I now have to install myself. Really?? I spent $7,500 on a bed and after their screwup... I have to pay another $50 for brackets?? That's lousy! But I do like the bed....

Bought twin long beds in 2009. We moved to Florida in 2021 & movers ruined one side. We called this store & they were awesome. Came out with new one immediately. Guys delivering were great with set up! I’ve dealt with Joanne & Pete and they are both wonderful & extremley helpful.
