I want to commend SmartStop Self Storage on 7755 Preserve Ln. in Naples, Florida. They are doing a very good job maintaining their facility with a new paint job on the outside. But more than that their staff is outstanding. Laina , in particular, has a wonderful sense of ownership in the facility, cares deeply about the employees she works with, and is always there to kindly serve her customers.

Excellent to deal with. Randy goes out of his way to accomodate you in anyway possible. He also is very knowledgable about customers needs such as delivery and unloading of shipping containers. Shanna is also an asset and is always there during business hours when Randy is not.
