I went here at about 1:45pm on Monday April 17th to try and get maybe a birthday cake/cookies/accessories or something for my Sweet pup..... little did I know after driving forever and it stating they were open, I get there and the door is locked not a soul in site with no notification of any kind as to why...they could have at least put up a sign or something stating why they were currently closed. I would have understood and not have been so aggravated that I just drove 45min for No reason at all. After that experience I don't believe I will ever go there again. It was cheaper the following week for me to just buy the stuff and make it myself for my other pup.. such a shame because I was really looking forward to this place being my go to for all 4 of my pups birthday's....very disappointing. .

I shopped at the Smiling Dog for a treat for my sister’s German Shepherd. I had no idea of what the dog would like but my sister is very attached to him and I hoped to please her. She is having a six year old birthday party for him and I wanted to bring a few gifts.The woman working there yesterday was most helpful, patient and pleasant. She helped me select some special food treats for Jack and some toys.At the party Jack loved his new toys and the special chicken food was a big hit. My sister was very impressed that I made such an effort.Thank you Smiling Dog Bakery!

Products are nice, they have variety. My dog likes the treats.. but the older woman working had smelled of alcohol. Not very professional.

We took our pup in for some birthday treats and had an awesome experience. The baker let him try samples and was super knowledgeable on everything they sell as well as some local parks.

Yesterday I purchased a birthday cookie cake. My dog had only a small piece and got very sick. He was bearly was breathing and shaking. He is 1 year old very healthy dog and never this has happen. I will never buy anything from this store.

was not happy with these treats, they made my dog sick from a bag i bought at their main store. lots of barf and diarrhea. much better alternatives available.

A pretty decent variety of dog treats to chose from. My dog loved the peanut butter and banana treats.

If there was a 10 star option I would definitely give 10 stars. The customer service is great, the owner is always so friendly and helpful. The chicken breast treats are a staple in my house, my dogs absolutely love them and I don’t have to worry about not knowing what my pets are eating! I 100% recommend Smilin Dog Bakery for your fur babies!
