Booked online got in car decided to call to confirm
Manager said web site does not work all the time
And suggest i book on app. Told her i was driving
And could not redo appointment on app.
She said my stylist had 3 people ahead of me at least an hour wait. The wrbsite said 34 minutes
She also said she could not guarantee another walk in would come ahead of me in addition
To the 3 waiting for the stylist. This manager offered no courtesy hold time. This person incompetent and didnt care that i was a long term customer and would not return to sports clips.

Bad cut with poor blending and charged more for the tip than I told them they could give (I said 15%, they charged 18%)

When it takes them 5 minutes to cut your hair you know it a problem. Not happy at all with my haircut. It's a turn and burn place. Feels like a line where they groom sheep it felt like.

Last month I went to the sports clips on the corner of Immokalee and US 41 and had a terrible haircut from someone who clearly wasn't properly trained to cut hair. I figured I would go to a different location to avoid the same guy. I tried out the sports clips on the corner of Pine Ridge and Goodlette Frank today. Again, a different guy cut my hair and did a terrible job. It was obvious that both guys who have cut my hair had little to no experience, as both were slow, quiet, and seemed to lack confidence. I originally started going to Sports Clips years ago because they had great standards. You always knew how they were going to cut your hair.

First time there. Threse cut my hair and did a excellent job. I have gone to 3 other places prior to you guys and there is no comparison. She nailed my haircut !! Excellent job. I can actually comb my hair the next day and style it the way it should be !! 5 stars !!
