First time around 2 years ago I move to Tmobile because a ice guy here made his magic was really professional and I love 4 lines from another company and everything perfect, but around a couple months ago lady I’m still looking for her name gave information about my account to my cousin…so I call to customer service and I did a complaint. And last 2 times around 3 weeks ago I come here and they look like they don’t want to take care on any customer even I saw a lady who ran to the back and the another lady who took care on me was with no the best attitude…

I had an amazing experience at this store! Joe was incredibly funny and the store manager, Dominique was so helpful and informative. I felt like what I needed was the most important item. They weren't pushy salesmen like other places. I was telling them about a hike I had done and how a copperhead almost bit me. I had given my phone to my wife because her had died. The situation could have been really bad. They suggested I get a watch in case I had to go without a phone again. It was an awesome experience and I couldn't recommend Joe and Dominique more!

T-Mobile cell & wearable customer for 9 years. No way would I provide my debit or bank info to continue to receive the Autopay discount, so I shopped around & found a different (& cheaper) carrier. So first I canceled my wearable, then when I found another phone service canceled my cell service. Today I get a bill for another month of service because I ‘didn’t use the correct verbiage’ when I canceled…they only suspended my account assuming I would reactivate! So that’s completely taking advantage of customers not knowing exactly the right words to say in order to ‘correctly’ cancel their service! So happy I switched & I hope T-Mobile keeps everyone’s bank accounts safe from data breeches!

Terrible centers to try to talk to or get knowledgeable help. They’ll just redirect you to call their 1-800 number.

Husband and I were 20+ year Verizon customers. The female employee who greeted us at the door was very pleasant and professional. Jermaine Young was the expert who guided us through the change to T Mobile. He was concise, amicable, and downloaded all the necessary apps. He even made sure that I checked to see that I had all my Notes, music and pictures on the new phone before erasing the old one. Every step he took was explained. I liked the worksheet he used and the printed info. Appreciated that I could setup Autopay right in the store, and save extra $ on monthly bill. Jermaine exceeded my expectations, and eased my apprehension of changing from Verizon to T Mobile. My husband and I are very glad that we took his advice.
