I basically just stood in this store for almost 50 mins without service and barely any acknowledgement. After being there just standing around, the manager decided to finally get up from the table and come tell me that it was going to take another 10-15 mins. I said ok after waiting another 25 mins, I decided to leave and of course still no acknowledgement. What a waste of my time as a future potential customer. I will seek service somewhere else. Your store manager and assistant manager hugely lack customer service skills and personalities. Obviously if this store has traffic you need more employees and ones that know how to treat customers. Disappointing!

This store scammed me - specifically Sebastian, who I believe was the manager on duty. I was on vacation in FL and needed an inexpensive phone temporarily until I could get my iPhone fixed. Instead of just selling me their cheapest phone, which would have a 2-week return policy, Sebastian sold me (non-refundable) prepaid plans "because it comes with a free phone". He assured me that I would still be able to return the phone, so that was a straight up lie. I ended up going to another T-Mobile store (in Boston) and they confirmed that I could not return the phone because of the way it was sold to me, and they were shocked by what this store did, calling it "borderline fraud". They also said that the way it was rung up, they don't think this is the first time he has done this. They said that Sebastian did this to receive more commission by selling me prepaid plans I don't need, instead of just selling me the phone I needed, because that wouldn't make him as much $. I believe they are investigating this issue further so it doesn't happen to anyone else. This store can't keep getting away with this scam.

Stopped in to talk about transferring companies and Kevin convinced me to switch over from another provider.Was very helpful and knowledgeable about all things T-Mobile has to offer and was able to seamlessly switch my phone and internet plans while upgrading to a new phone. Shoutout Kevin for the great friendly service!

This is the spot to go. Came in with a bill question and Kevin answered all my questions! Kevin even lowered my bill and got me tablets!! So excited to try out the home internet as well. Definitely recommend this T-Mobile and ask for Kevin!!

Was there about a month ago and was able to get tablet, get a new phone plan and get internet. Saved a whole bunch of money on what I was paying previously. Shout out to Kevin for making everything so easy and saving me money!!

I stopped by the t Mobile located in pebble brook square this afternoon because I was considering changing my carrier to T Mobile. When I entered the store I saw two different agents, one with what looked like a trainee. Both agents were engaged with a client. Neither offered the curtesy of acknowledging my presence and/or indicating they could help me once they were done with their current client. I waited for the first agent to conclude his transaction with his customer. The customer left the store and the agent again ignored my presence. He began a conversation with the trainee. I could not determine if it was business related or personal in nature since I am not fluent in the language they used to communicate. I remained standing there for a couple of minutes before leaving the store. Only as I was exiting the open door did one of them reach out. It was too late. T Mobile customer service is no better than the AT&T service I am trying to distance myself from. Just a heads up if you are shopping for a new phone carrier.

The phone rep Kevin saved me a fortune. Recently, I went into the Naples T Mobile store. I'm not the most tech savvy guy in the world, but this guy Kevin not only saved me a fortune from my old provider, but I never thought I could get a new phone in the process. Great guy and great store; I would ask for him.

I'm normally not one to review, but after such a great experience visiting the T-Mobile in Pebblebooke Plaza, I had to come on to share. I'm not overly tech savvy and I was having some major issues with my phone and previous carrier. I decided to stop in and see if someone could help me. I was fortunate enough to meet an employee named Kevin who was super knowledgable and was able to answer all of my questions and switch my plan (saving me a ton of money each month). Thank you for making this "chore" much easier and more fun!

I went to the store this morning to purchase an IPhone 13pro. A representative blocked the door, asking what I wanted, then proceeded to let me in. I was told the 13pro was not available anywherebecause it was outdated, but a 14pro was available. After agreeing that would be okay & that there were some in the store, I had to wait 10 mins for the " lock safe" to open. Apparently all that was there was a 14pro max? The representative also brought out a tablet I had not asked about or for. Then came a discussion about my plan & changing it & being more expensive? I only wanted to get a new ph, not also a tablet & trade in my old one. I was told that was impossible to do & none of the math he was doing for my plan added up, so I left. The representative clearly wanted to make a sale on something that I didn't want, plus the tablet. It was a waste of my time. Additionally, he & his coworker were talking poorly about customers to me. So unprofessional! I will never go this particular store again, I left feeling like I was trying to be taken advantage of & lied too.

My husband and I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. Kevin could not have made it any easier! Super knowledgeable and VERY easy to work with. We were there for quite a while, but Sabastien, Anthony and Ciro chatted with us as well so time went quickly. I had to go back several days later to have my phone set up (it had to be ordered) and Kevin was just as fantastic then as well. This is THE place to go if you want exceptional customer service!! Also, when we received our first bill it was actually a couple of dollars lower than what we anticipated.

Best store hands down all the sales reps were friendly and really listen to my needs and concerns kevin did a great job sorting out my account for me literally a life saver thanks to all the t-mobile reps for want you have done for me thank you again kevin,sebastian, ciro and anthony for making it a fun interaction much appreciated
