What shameless people. THEY SELL EXPENSIVE AND NON-WORKING BICYCLES. THEY SAY THERE IS NO RETURN OF MONEY BECAUSE THEY ARE USED THINGS. THE ECHIZOPHRENIC MANAGER.

My husband and I have been shopping at St. Matthew’s Thrift Stores for 3 years. And we love it! I discovered St. Mathew’s in March 2020. I was trying to donate my living room set. If I had known about St. Matthew’s beforehand, I would not have bought my new furniture. We were on our way to Goodwill in Naples when we drove by St. Matthew’s. And, I said this is the place that takes donations. So, we stopped in. Can I tell you that it is the size of a car dealership! In fact, it was a car dealership! They offer everything from high-end furniture, to name brand clothing, house ware, artwork and so much more. The prices are reasonable, and they are always having a sale. The staff delivers excellent customer service. Diana, the Manager at Metro Parkway store, is AMAZING and so is her staff. Each customer feels important and receives the same respect and attention as the next person.Do not worry if you find that perfect gift and you cannot fit it in your car. Because they have a delivery service for you. Did you know they have an online store? Yes, they do! In fact, my friends have used it and were happy with their purchases. And I encourage you to sign up for their rewards program. It is FREE!We visit St. Matthew’s regularly and highly recommend it to all of our friends and neighbors! But do not take my word, go see it for yourself!

St Matthews has several review criticisms about the pricing of the articles available. I truly believe they have a right to price how they wish. Some good items BUT! Saying that, I also believe you have a right not to shop there. I have purchased several items from them and as I continued to go back, the prices have been escalated significantly as if it is a retail shop. There are many other thrift shops that would be better places to find bargains and you can even repair or redo the pieces of furniture or accessories you find. St Matthews in my opinion has adapted to the Naples mentality, "Charge high Prices because it's Naples", my quote. Won't be going back and that's regrettable.

This is not a thrift store their prices are sky-high. They want 13 bucks & up for a t-shirt. We go to thrift stores all the time this my friends is not one. Don't bother with this one unless you like spending a lot of money

SO BAD compared to how it used to be... what the heck happened here? It used to be a gold mine, and everything was laid out so nicely. Now they're charging $400 for a chair that you could go buy brand new at Ashley furniture. $40 for crusty musty used Betsey heels. And there is NO SPACE to look at clothes now. They have like 20 racks crammed into a little room with no way to get around, and people trying desperately to just get through. Save your time. It's not an enjoyable experience anymore.

Great store, great people working there! Special thanks to Edgar M (salesmover) for willingness to help regardless of time of the day or how heavy the merchandise is. He's always doing his job with a smile!

My daughter and 2 granddaughters went to Naples to go to the St. Matthew's Thrift Stores. We drove from Lakeport, Fl. 2 hours away. These stores are amazing! We only wished we had brought a trailer to bring furniture home with us. Everything they have is so beautiful. The second one we went too, was awesome. We were immediately met and welcomed by Edgar. He said if there was anything we had questions about or help, just let him know. We did find things to purchase. And I found the most beautiful set of large crystal cut wine glasses. Sure enough I found Edgar, told him about the glasses, he got a box, packaged them up, perfectly. Thanks Edgar! I told my sister about St. Matthew's Stores, and she wants to visit and us go there again. I can not say enough about the high quality and the friendly assistance.

We just left this store,Betty(cashier) was amazing but the store manager Josie(what an attitude), does not care about showing customers the merchandise, she make us wait for Betty even though she was checking out multiple customers and then when it was closing time she came to us to help us.I am an office manager and I will never treat my customers in that way because I will like for them to come back.

There is always a treasure waiting for me at this thrift boutique. I love hope every time I come there is a large selection of home decor as well as clothing to look through. The staff is always kind and attentive. There is great value in each item sold at St. Matthew's Thrift Boutique! This thrift store helps St. Matthew's House ministry. In their website they describe the ministry in this way:Fighting Hunger, Homelessness, Addiction, and Poverty for over 30 YearsThree decades ago, a group of devoted followers chose to act rather than watch their neighbors struggle. Today, St. Matthew's House continues that promise of action: guiding the hurting toward a transformed life by providing physical, spiritual, and emotional support.

Edgar M. Went above and beyond to help. He was so friendly and pleasant from the beginning. We found a leather couch he helped with, and even offered to spot clean it. Thanks, Edgar!
