I have only returned packages and printed documents here. Returning Amazon items and using Happy Returns is easy and convenient. However, printing is a disaster. One of their printers doesn't work, and the other one always prints in poor color quality. They will ask you to email your documents to them for printing, but the documents are printed crooked and on thinner paper. Both times this happened to me, they said there was nothing they could do about it. This normally wouldn't bother me, but for important documents, it looks sloppy. If you need a shipping label or something simple printed, it's fine. Otherwise, don't bother.

Great selection, quality products and a comfortable shopping atmosphere. Unfortunately, anything beyond self service may be a challenge.

Staples of Naples is a clean and organized store. Their selection is just the usual Staple’s so not much, but it does have those office supplies that people usually need. The employees are slightly friendly, which is acceptable. Overall, if you’re in the need for what Staple’s offers, this is a decent location that’s located in a nice area!

What a nasty attitude this Sharon has. She kicked all the customers out at 6:45 saying that the power will automatically go down at 7:00. Kept pushing all the customers who tried to print 1 page of content. Kept putting pressure on current customers and tell them we won’t have time to finish in time and we need to come back tomorrow morning when they reopen. Listen Karen, hours are 7 until 7 pm and your power won’t go anywhere. Learn how to treat your customers otherwise you will lose all of them like you lost me. Tomorrow I will go to UPS or FedEx. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Pretty unfortunate experience today. Came in for a chair, found the chair I wanted and walked to the front to ask for assistance. Clerk said he'd call for someone and I waited back there for a pretty longtime until I had to go find someone to ask again.
Found a vendor who is not an employee there who went to help, and he had to go to the front to ask them again to come help me. Still no one came, I see multiple employees in the store and no one is coming to figure out why I've been standing in the same place for 15+ minutes? Just strange all around, unnecessary time waiting in an empty store for a product that I already knew I wanted.
Vendor was a nice fellow who tried to help so hats off to him.

Very disappointed with their recycling program. Not clear. Register receipt is a mile long. Cashier rushes you through without clarifying anything. You won't know if your reward has been processed until a month later and if you don't save your receipt, consider your time and efforts a loss and in vain.

This is near the Costco's on Naples Blvd. It is super handy to use the copy/print services as they are literally ready almost immediately (for simple print jobs). You can pay in advance to save time also or at pick up. The staff were extremely polite and friendly!

I tried numerous times to print three documents from my phone and couldn’t seem to get it done. I asked for help and was ridiculed by the guy working in that department. He told me I was in the “self service” department. He actually said “duh” to me. I was so upset and asked for a manager and complained about how I had been treated. She tried to help but couldn’t get the machine to print the docs either. So clearly not me…it was the machine. I will never go back to this store. I went to UPS and they printed the documents and was out of there in two minutes! So disappointed in this Staples and the employee in the copy department.
