Customer service is terrible a worker that does the copy and laminating was very rude. Did not even greet us or acknowledge us . When she came to the counter she did not talk or smile. We just told her we needed something laminated and she did do it. She had a white air bud in one ear and a black headset in the other. The black headset was probably for company anc the other to listen to music . I notice the other staff also had white AirPod in one ear along with there work black pod. Must be a thing at Staples .

I’ve already put my phone number in your system but then you hound me to open your app for whatever reason… and your employees at the register have an attitude when I say I don’t want to bother with your app today. I’m well aware of my rewards balance, etc. Serve the customer and be pleasant about it please!
