When you get a unit here and nobody explains that they're going to put the price up every 3 months. First rate increased doubles the price.
I don't appreciate people wasting my time.

Excellent security with fully paved parking area for boats. Carmen, the general manager is very helpful and always has a smile on her face. Water is available which is not typical of outdoor boat parking

Carmen, the manager, was so kind and professional and not only stopped to greet me but took the time out of what I could tell was a busy afternoon to personally walk me around and answer my questions and concerns. She also addressed everyone who she saw by name, which was very impressive and welcoming!
