I would recommend Ronnie Ayesh from StorQuest to ANYONE! This young lady has been extremely helpful with renting, updating, and providing superb customer service to us as we continue to adjust to our family needs for storage. Lost keys, updating contracts and ensuring fair rental prices fro our choices! This woman has been involved in every step and assisted in evry way possible, she has truly been invaluable as we have made changes and Ronnie has educated/ informed u of all available options, considerations and assisted in making the best choices to meet our needs! Stopped in to inquire about a storage unit , Ronnie showed me multiole units until we found 1 that was perfect for my needs . She was patient and answered all my questions . Highly recommend !

During a difficult time with moving across country, Chad help with our stress and made this experience uplifting! He took the time and helped measured my current unit that we had taken most of our items out of and made sure our new unit would still fit everything. I’ve only been in Naples for a few months, but I’ll tell you anymore it’s hard to find excellent customer service! He did it! Thank you Chad again for your time and make sure we were happy and comfortable with our decision.

Chad and his assistant were great to us and very helpful. We were there since December until August with three large storage units.
I would gladly recommend them and that unit to other people if they need storage.

The staff members are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They ask relevant questions and the time to listen to the customer’s responses. This helps the customer make good decisions about the selection of the correct size unit for the customer’s needs. It has been a very positive experience.
