I visited the North Naples branch a little after 11 AM to close my business account. There were a couple of people ahead of me, and Lisa Carter, the branch manager, was managing the lobby. From the moment I walked in, Lisa greeted me with a warm smile and asked how she could assist. She clearly communicated the expected wait time, as there were only two employees available, which I appreciated.
About 15 minutes later, Lisa personally called me over and efficiently helped me close the account. I was truly impressed that the branch manager herself was up front, welcoming everyone, setting expectations, and asking the right questions to ensure members were directed appropriately.
Her professionalism, attentiveness, and positive attitude made the entire experience smooth and pleasant. Kudos to Lisa and the North Naples team for their exceptional service.

No customer support low level restrictions on everything from taking money out to withdrawing money from an ATM and even depositing money over the app. Terrible for businesses or people that actually have money. Banks for people with no money that like to go to a bank and waste time.

Great CD rate but, although staff is friendly, be careful because they’re generally uninformed. The first young woman told me that naming a beneficiary would allow me to double the amount in my CD and still be FDIC insured. After I challenged that information, she went and checked with someone and said that’s “no longer true and they just changed it.” Was she so uninformed that she really believed that the federal government just changed the rules or covering up for her ignorance. When I went back to name the beneficiary, the young man seemed confused about how to name a trust as beneficiary. He said a person has to take out the money. I know. Then he googled the type of trust I have and said they don’t have that kind in Florida only in certain other states. OMG! He didn’t use a reliable source of information. I asked to speak to a manager and he said I didn’t need to because he was a senior staff member. I left feeling frustrated and upset.

This is the best Suncoast branch location I’ve been to, everyone is very kind and communicates clearly. I highly recommend anyone to work with Jeannette, she provided me with great customer service and really took the time to understand my requests.
