This ACE Sunshine Hardware location is very convenient, parking is easy and staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Mike took time to help us buy what we needed for our plumbing project. He was so kind, knowledgeable and friendly…a one of a kind experience - we surely will be back at the Naples (Collier) location!

Manager told me user error and bit was broken it was worn down not broken told me black oxide stronger then red helix titanium. First 2 sizes cut like butter had to use a old 5/32 to get thru then the next 3 sizes 3/16 to 1/4 did nothing. This is metal not even stainless. Bits are defective , would not honor my replacement or refund . Told him Happy New Year , walked out and hopefully never have to back in that store

I was helped a few weeks back when we were getting ready for a hurricane..I can't say enough good things about this place and their great customer service. I was at work; their staff saved me the parts I needed from the electrical dpt and when I got there, another staff member took the heavy pieces for me to my car. Way to go!

This place is amazingly special! The entire store worked to get our grill from the back! The store employees have a very cool culture going on here, they seem happy as a team here! It’s not your average ace hardware or store for that matter! The workers actively try and help you and interact with you throughout your entire shopping experience! They even have a man in a wheelchair working there! This store deserves some kind of award for genuinely caring for humanity!

I previously was satisfied with Golden Gate store. Just had very unpleasant experience. I ordered online to pick up. 2 lady employees at front were too busy talking to help me so I spotted an employee sweeping. He showed me where to pick up and said they've gone home. He was very put out but said he'd try to look for it. He quickly found it but I felt I had highly inconvenienced him.I intended and needed to shop for other items. But felt very unwelcome and left. Never again. Too many other hardware stores. Shame shame
