Great customer service at this branch! After several attempts, this was the branch that came through. Curtis was very helpful.I had an issue and had called the 800 number, only to be disconnected after waiting 25 minutes. I set up a call-back appointment, and no one called. I finally called a couple local branches, and this was the one were a real live human picked up the phone! I came in after work, and sat down with someone that actually helped me! It was a trivial problem, but there isn't option in the phone menu that fit. My app didn't have the answer.One day, I hope banking finds it economical to put humans back in service, after the app let's us down.

I've been a customer for over 10 years. Recently tried to access my online cash manager acount. After several attemps I called the help line. I waited on the help line for 19 minutes and 45 seconds. I finally hung up an I'm closing my account.

Can't even call the branch, call goes to horrible automated system that can't understand English. Bad customer service.
