Great Service. Much better than T Mobile on Marco. Lazaro was awesome getting my portable wi-fi going. Went beyond fixing the problem. Thats what creates great customer service. BTW went to TMobile on Marco and it was closed 20 minutes after 10am (their opening time)

Isabella and Jessie at this location were extremely helpful in guiding me on what my best choices were to get a new phone. They also were able to alert me that I was still paying on my leased phone that is now paid off. Thanks for your help!

Great customer service. If you have one of the older plans I would say to definitely compare prices with the new plans before you agree to the new ones. The older military plans offer just the same as the new ones. Just buy your phones out right and don't sign for a new military plan because you will be paying alot more per month over the old plan because you have to pay for "New Lines" which can be another 10 to 20 per phone per line and it adds up very quickly.

We came to this store to upgrade our phone, no employees at 9.58 am. Only one associate resting on the counter?, with a long line waiting for. Management doesn’t exist.Employees were in the back of the office. How can you guys can run a store like this? Never will go back

Parking was hard as all spots around were taken but this store is next to other busy locations so it's normal. I was helped asap and the staff member was very friendly.

What a waste of time at this store. I currently have a corporate account and am moving myself and my employees off it to individual accounts. Every phone number is tied to the employee's name so they can move their number either to a personal T-Mobile account or a competitor. This was set up by T-Mobile and confirmed to me in an email that we could make the move either at a store or by calling customer care. I felt more comfortable doing it at a store and wanted to confirm that my employees would not have an issue. At this store, however, Elsa insisted that I couldn't move the number as she didn't have the ability to do so. She said this without even trying or looking up my number, even after I showed her the T-Mobile email. Total waste of my time. Hello, Verizon.

My husband and I have been to this store several times and have been warmly greeted by Jack. He is really knowledgeable about the phones, he patiently answered numerous questions that we had (for that alone, he should get a raise, dealing with people nearing their 80's). He made the experiences enjoyable. Thanks T-Mobile for this great hire.

I was greeted nicely by the 2 gentlemen that worked there when I 1st walked in.I was helped with setting up my new line and purchasing a new phone with accessories by a nice man by the name of "ZA" Very helpful, kind & informative.I met a woman who was also present that worked there who was very nice as well although I don't think I caught her name but those 3 were very pleasant and professional when having to deal with a rude customer that came in and I overheard him giving her a hard time.Lots of respect BECAUSE I wouldn't have the patience. ? Thank you guys!I highly recommend this place.I will definitely be back and definitely gonna put a good word out for you all.Deserve it.

The staff at this store is always pleasant and helpful. Stopped In shortly after they opened and didn’t have to wait to speak to anyone.
