Hunter was very professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to explain and help me with my activation. It was a busy day for Hunter and her coworker but they both did their absolute best to meet each customer's needs. Thank you!

Don't come to this store. You will have issues every month with your bill and they will not help you they will tell you to call tmobile. One of the representatives at the store his name is Hunter made a mistake in our account and our bill was overcharged $180 we had to call care because he would not fixed it and the manager Elsa would not even care to explain to us why the store was not going to fix a mistake they made. Glad we call tmobile and care department took care of the issue and credit our account. Don't come to this store if you don't want to have the worst experience.

Had a good experience with Della. She spent a lot of time with me and my family, upgrading two new phones and transferring one older phone. She was patient, kind and knowledgeable. Went above my expectations.

I ordered an iWatch and they told me to pick it up Monday after 3pm or Tuesday. I stopped by to pick it up Tuesday, and a girl named Leslie took care of my husband and I. The watch was not there and she was not sure what was going on. She called the guy that helped us order the watch Saturday, Isaac, and he claimed I was wrong. The worst part was the lack of customer service and attitude. I asked her name and she covered her name tag, so I couldn’t see it, even though I had already seen it. Clearly , Leslie. Then she proceeded to say “you’re acting like this over a watch. All this is just over a simple watch”.I proceeded to explained that watches, phones and everything sold in that store was her job and what got her paid. It might be “just a watch” but that’s her job. To assist me with a “simple watch”. Bottom line is she definitely should not be working with customer service because that’s what T Mobile is… a service, “simple watches” and phones. I will not be going back to this store and will switch to a different company. I really miss my Sprint salesperson I had for over 15 years and the outstanding customer service he provided ALWAYS!!Don’t go there !!! They have no clue what’s going on, they don’t care if you’re happy or not. It’s AWFUL!! ??????

Didn't know they were there! Sprint moved out - they moved and are back.They are almost invisible even when you pull up in front. We had great service. Nobody there.

Hunter provided excellent service, he’s very professional. He was very knowledgeable, informative, and polite. I bought an iPhone and switched my internet to T-Mobile; he didn’t push me into buying extras like they did at a different store in the past.

??BEWARE!!! I will never come to this store again nor recommend this store to anybody.??We came into this T-Mobile store to transfer two numbers over to T-Mobile because we could not get it done via the web. The T-Mobile site refused to take our information (probably because they wanted us to go into the store and pay an activation fee that wasn’t charged via the web). FYI - I build and design web sites for a living so I know web sites.We went through a good portion of the change until the person helping us declared there would be a $75 dollar activation fee. We said NO to that and told him to cancel everything. Three weeks later, I received a charge on my CC from T-Mobile for $70 dollars, the cost of the plan we never signed up for in the first place. Imagine that?!?!? That is theft!!!We called T-Mobile customer service and they found our account and cancelled it along with the autopay that was activated by the store (the woman on the call was very helpful; also not associated with “that store”). Who the heck would have the nerve to activate autopay on an account that was never opened????Fortunately we did not provide this store with our phone number transfer PINs.Avoid this store at all costs!!!P.S.Don’t bother apologizing like I see in so many posts about this store. If you managed this store properly, there WOULD NOT be a need for so many apologies.P.P.S.Another empty apology by the store owner posted today. Did they not read the post? NEVER will I set foot in your store again. If I were T-Mobile, I would take away your franchise because it is giving the company a bad name.

Good afternoon, don't go to this store, the people who serve you are not nice, it seems they don't like their job, it's unfortunate, they treat you badly, I don't know if it's because I'm Latina or I don't know what's going on, well, at least I don't go anymore and I rate them badly.

Stopped to ask a question about a problem with our phone. Said if we weren't there to buy a phone, they couldn't help us. Was going to look at phones but his rudeness sent us out the door. We will not go back to this store.

Worst customer service ever!I was trying to explain my situation that was miss handled at a different location but I kept getting interrupted when I was trying to explain and been told I need to change my attitude?!I was barely saying one sentence!!

I have been a pleased customer of T-Mobile since 2017. Issues are usually resolved quickly and upgrades to a new phone simple. NOT AT THIS STORE! I asked Saul if I could wait to speak to a manager and he said, "No, he's busy!" Like, what?!?! I do not recommend, Go to the one on Immokalee & 951!
