First time at TD in USA. Foster R. was amazing! He took time to explain many options for cross-boarder account and how to use USA TD app to move money around from CDN with ease. ATM usage and picture of check deposits while he made sure it all worked. He was very knowledgeable and patient with a CDN snowbird needs. I will be moving all my US banking there.

I had a little cut in my finger and was bleeding. Stopped by North Naples TD Bank brunch Teller Borelda Mila noticed that and brought me a band aid. Was very kind of her. She provided a SUPERB service! THANK YOU!

Got a new CC and they want me to come into the branch to set up AutoPay. I mean....are you even serious? What kind of service is that? Terrible. I'll never get another TD Bank account or card again. They must like wasting my time.

all this TD banks are the worst. i just wasted all my morning trying to find an open one on saturday. no phone anwers and no info anywhere that they are closed on saturdays. by far the worst..you have to actualy waste your time and drive to the stupid bank just to realize that they're not open ???

TD Bank refuses to pay the $300 bonus that they routinely advertise on their website, checkingbonus.tdbank.com/digital500.html. I applied for a TD checking account using this exact URL and I followed the instructions & requirements exactly as they were listed in the disclosures section at the bottom of this web page. After complying with every single requirement, TD now tells me that they will not pay the bonus because they say I 'used the wrong website to apply for the account'. Again, I used checkingbonus.tdbank.com/digital500.html, which anyone can see for themselves is one of TD Bank's own webpages and it actively advertises a $300 bonus for opening up a checking account. I asked TD Bank to tell me what is the correct URL if checkingbonus.tdbank.com/digital500.html is the wrong URL. They refuse to respond to this question and offer nothing more than a very robotic 'promotion bonus is denied for applying on wrong website'. I have spoken to no less than 5 managers at TD, who all agree that the denial makes no sense. However, the managers state that "only the promotions department can fix this." The promotions department does not have a phone# to call and they have stonewalled and failed to give a logical explanation for nearly two whole months. Very miserable experience with this bank!

Amanda worst employed ever, and lazy.I came to do a verification of assets and she didn't want to do it. She said that can take 48 hours and they don't do that at the bank. They requested.I said; How came or since when? Because I got one back in July.Don't ever go to this location.I'm May also thinking to close my account with them and open in another bank.Sadly to leave a review I have to mark one star but AMANDA YOU MAKE TD BANK LOOK SO BAD.
