I don't often review banks but I just have to say how extremely helpful this branch of TD was when I had some complex banking issues to sort out. Matt was exceptional and really helped me sort through some complex paperwork. Basically I just can't say enough positives and offer my thanks for all their help.

On May 15, 2023, I walked into TD Bank located at 3906 Tamiami Trail North in Naples Florida and I wanted to exchange $25 Canadian for US currency. The exchange rate would have given me $17 US currency which I was fine with but then TD Bank wanted a $10 service fee which knocked my cash down to $7. I asked the teller if she can waive the $10 and she said no. The young man next to her said that he’ll check with Rob the manager. So the young man went back and spoke with Rob the manager and came back and said “no Rob‘s not going to waive the fee.” The greed that banks have is unbelievable. I was told that the $10 fee would’ve been waived if I was a TD Bank customer so once that was said, it’s proving that they don’t need the $10, they just want it. So now, Rob, the branch manager has negative review on Google for thousands and thousands of people to view. In return, he’ll probably receive a phone call from upper management telling him to next time, just waive the 10 bucks.

I got a new TD Bank CC. Great! Except, it's nearly impossible to find Autopay on their website. And - worst of all, they won't let me set it up until 2+ months into the future. Like....why? So I'll forget and get a late fee? Seems like it. Was just on the phone for an hour and they said "guess you'll have to go into the branch." Ha...no. Guess I'll never be dealing with TD Bank at all as soon as I clear & cancel this card.
