Representatives are kind, patient, warm, friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful with excellent product knowledge. They take time to answer questions, explain differences between mattresses and pillows, and allow customers to try all options without feeling rushed or pressured. The service is spot on. The showroom has plenty of mattresses and pillows to choose from, making the process easy. While the in-store experience is highly recommended, some customers have reported unacceptable delays with supply and delivery after purchase.
