The Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store offers a personalized and immersive sleep consultation. The experience is enjoyable, informative, and wonderful, guided by dedicated, helpful experts. Representatives are kind, patient, warm, friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful with excellent product knowledge. They take time to answer questions, explain differences between mattresses and pillows, and allow customers to try all options without feeling rushed or pressured. The service is spot on. The showroom has plenty of mattresses and pillows to choose from, making the process easy. While the in-store experience is highly recommended, some customers have reported unacceptable delays with supply and delivery after purchase.

Since I already have one of the most supportive beds made from Tempurpedic, Lawrence was super helpful and knowledgeable in advising me about what pillow/ topper would be right for me and my neck problems and above all else he’s a nice guy!
