I love the vets at animal life, however the office staff (Jill) is extremely rude. When I called to follow up to a message I left days ago, she was aggressive and rude and told me “they” have a rough couple of days. Dismissing the reason for my call/follow up. I’ve have been coming here for awhile now and will be giving my time and hard earned money to a clinic that deserves to care for my dog.

The best vet experience we ever had!! The staff was great. Plus the doctor actually spent time with us, answering questions and providing useful suggestions.

Very disappointed in Dr. Abraham Haller.I recently came back to Animal Life to get a second opinion on my dog, Fred, who has been having chronic couching/hacking and puking issues (which he keeps losing weight) with no results. I was originally seen on a Tuesday and the doctor then was very kind and understanding.Unfortunately my dog puked 4/5 times within a few hours just a couple days after so I called and they told me to bring him in. While Fred was being seen he again puked but this time it was all of his food. Mind you his food is homemade per the instructions of another Veterinarian a couple years ago because he was way worse with dry food.Initially Dr. Abraham Haller only specifically addressed him puking up his food, suggesting I switch to dry food. In turn I informed him of already being advised not to give him dry food. I made a comment about how I wouldn’t want him being on dry food anyway because of all the harmful ingredients that can be in there, the doctor didn’t like that and proceeded to give me a condescending look. As the conversation went on he kept trying to push the dry dog food even though I asked for alternatives to add to his homemade food. Dr. Haller seemed to only be concerned with him puking up his food rather than the main cause of being there, his constant hacking cough and puking up mucous. At some point I did get alittle frustrated because he was recommending a Completely different treatment than the previous Vet I had seen a few days ago. Seeing as my dog isn’t getting better but worse, I can’t keep spending thousands of dollars on just guesses, which I informed Dr. Haller. At one point, which really disappointed me, I was voicing my opinion and to my surprise Dr. Haller interrupted me/spoke over me, getting louder so what I was saying couldn’t be heard. He did this about twice and in my opinion is very unprofessional. Overall, the concern for my dog didn’t seem to be there as he just kept pushing what he wanted to say without taking into account what I had to say. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed.

If you want a vet that shows you compassion when you’re in a crisis, this is NOT the vet for you. My dog London needed to be put down because she was unable to breathe and they said, “bring her in in the next 3 days because we are just too busy.” My other dog has a red eye and a swollen pupil and at risk of losing his vision and they said “sorry we can’t see him until 2 days from now.” One of the ladies in my doctors office also goes to this vet and her brand new puppy hadn’t eaten or peed in 24 hours and she asked to be seen urgently….Nope they couldn’t accommodate her either. I’ve heard countless stories about how people can’t get their animals to be seen in dire situations. The vet here does NOT CARE. There’s no compassion at this clinic. I know urgent vets are a thing for a reason, but these were small emergencies that the vet could have accommodated. Do not come here and trust this place with your pets :(

I absolutely love this place! I specifically see Dr. Scorpio for my bunny; not only is she incredible, but the staff here is absolutely amazing! Everyone is extremely kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and will take their time with any questions or concerns you have. Thank you for always taking care of Kyle!

we recently bought a puppy from Florida puppies online, the gentleman who sold us the dog said we can take him here to the animal life veterinary center for his first checkup and that the visit would be free, my husband called today to confirm the appointment and was told that you guys would have to get a hold of the person that sold us the dog to confirm purchase in order to proced with the free visit, but was also told that when trying to get a hold of this person does not seem to go through or he doesn't answer the phone to confirm purchases so that the visist for my puppy would be 140 at this point we just called our family vet and saved, we had paper work proving purchase and vaccs he had already received, the person who answered my husband call probably didn't know what they were saying or didnt understand, maybe train employees a little better. never again

Just picked up Lucy, my Standard Poodle, very disappointed in her grooming, charged extra for dematting even tho I had combed her out the nite before, still had crusties around her eyes, ears were not cleaned. If she had been groomed well and looked beautiful I wouldn’t have minded the $147 charged, but live and learn, moving on.

super kind and helpful team! so thankful they made time, on such short notice, to run some tests on my dog after having a bit of a scare. definitely left feeling more at ease. they’ve always been so careful and thorough with him while not being pushy, and their prices are pretty reasonable. thanks again y’all

This clinic has excellent doctors and one of the most compassionate staffs I have ever dealt with. They have helped us through some very complicated issues and we really appreciate the extra miles they have gone with us. Thank you so much to all of their staff.

Can't say much about the rest of the staff here because we didn't get that far.The big lady w tats on her arm is rude and dismissive. Complaining about other clients after hanging up with them on the phone.Other lady w black hair had a sour puss face the whole time we waited.Nobody greeted us at the door when we walked in, felt like we were both a bother.I'm sure it's difficult working with humans more than the animals you care for but we are there because WE care about animals too.Would not recommend this place.

They made a mistake yesterday, but I’m still going to give them a good review because they tried to make it right. I know that mistakes happen. I’ve made plenty in my life but what matters is my kitties are happy. They’re doing OK and the recovering from being spayed.

This veterinary center is one where your animal will be treated like family. Dr. Miller took care of my Luna until her final hours and he did so with compassion and empathy. The staff is also very caring, especially Alana the office manager. I am looking forward to having my new dog Buddy be cared for by Animalife. Thank you guys for your caring demeanor and empathetic attention.

I never thought I'd be taking our guinea pigs to a vet, but when they started having issues with mites, it was clear they needed assistance. Thank you, Animalife, for helping them. Everyone we met during our visit was kind and careful with our girls. Sushi and Calico are on the path to good health!

Dr Butts and her team are awesome! Pricing is reasonable and they are supportive through euthanasia decisions and pet illness. All care and decisions come without judgement, which is refreshing to find.

Just brought my sweet little man named Goose into this practice today, and very satisfied with the services. Everyone was super nice and Dr. Scorpio was awesome. Highly recommend this practice.
