Pretty good. Only thing If you decide to use their on site box truck, IT DOES NOT COME WITH A “RAMP’ Corporate needs to address this asap. That way it’ll make moving your stuff easier.

We have been so satisfied with this facility. The property is always clean and bright with very easy access and Ody, the Property Manager could not have been more helpful.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this Livingston Rd location at all costs. The property manager who operates this location is unprofessional, unfriendly and incompetent, a bad combination for customers. Here are just some of the issues I've encountered: 1) Received a direct call one day from the property manager who was very rude and unprofessional. Turns out the issue was her and/or the companies doing, In response, I called the district manager and received no assistance at all and the manager went further to blame the whole issue on me. 2) During a major holiday, incredibly, there was no elevator access. Came back multiple times throughout the day and still no access. Called the supposed 'emergency number' and got a voice mail. This created a mess with the moving truck rental, hired labor, etc, Following this problem, I reached out by email, voice mail and left a message with their customer service. And....no response what-so-ever. Now, I am going through the BBB to get a reimbursement.I've since moved on to another storage company (after 4+ years at this location). The difference has been evident from the sign up, and move in and all the way through. This new storage company's property manager is friendly and helpful and they have longer access times and best of all the rates are much better. Needless to say, I am happy that I moved on. Still have to apply needless time and effort to get a reimbursement. Here's a reasonable recommendation to 'The Lock Up Self Storage'...Respond to your customers and take an active interest to at least try to resolve problems. And...maybe just try to be a least a little friendly and helpful.

I have been renting units from 2014, adding and dropping as needed. Clean, secure, right temp, great place. Odie, my contact, and Randy, have been great. Always available when needed!
