Golden Gate Blvd, Naples facility: Bob and Ken are the two fantastic Managers. 100% Clean and temperature inside is cool. All indoor units with access from early morning to later evening. Side entry is a pull-in garage for ease of loading or unloading. Wide halls, industrial size/heavy duty carts. All carpeted flooring. I’ve rented there for several years now. Nearest indoor storage I’ve found to downtown / Olde Naples! Perfect for those of us in smaller homes/ condos.
Truly appreciate this facility.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at The Lock Up Self Storage – Naples Downtown! From start to finish, Bob went above and beyond to make the entire rental and move-in process seamless and stress-free. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out.
The complimentary moving truck was a huge help and made a big difference during the move. It’s such a thoughtful and practical amenity. Bob made sure everything was explained clearly and even checked in to ensure things were going smoothly.
If you’re looking for secure, clean, and well-managed storage with top-notch customer service, I highly recommend this location—and especially working with Bob!

Excellent experience Bob Walked me through the process showed me my unit and how to access the loading dock an elevator using the keypad very helpful
The facility is spotless well kept and very secure. I moved out of another storage facility due to the lack of security.

Bob followed up on my online reservation within minutes, I was very pleasantly surprised. Bob, from the start, was an open book answering all my questions with full disclosure. There were no gray areas left in my mind when we finished our friendly and informative conversation. He was kind enough to call, the day of my scheduled appointment to move in, and asked how I was doing and if I was still available to come see the property to possibly move in as planned. When I showed up at the time we arranged, Bob greeted me immediately and addressed me by name from that moment forward. He explained everything I needed to know, gave me a tour of the property, showed me my unit, and helped me fill out the lease . I say all of this because I have been searching for a storage unit for a while now and my experience with Bob was refreshingly different the millwork annoyed, and sometimes rude attitude I got from all the other local big name storage facilities I called! Some even told me to just go elsewhere when I expressed concerns over the rather shady business practices and vague answers to my direct inquiries! Not so with Bob though. He felt like a trusted friend by the time we finished our first conversation and continued to build on that trust every conversation after that.
I am a local resident of over 30 years in Naples, and it is a very small town big city here. Not everyone is out to deliver what they advertise, but I assure you, The Lock Up Self Storage Facilities at 995 Golden Gate Parkway in Naples definitely deliver what they promise online.
Oh, and Bob even found me A BETTER DEAL than the one I saw online for the same sized unit! I cannot promise this will happen for everyone, but I can promise you Will receive prompt, professional, courteous,and Honest service from the people who help you at The Lock Up Self Storage Facility at 995 Golden Gate Parkway in Naples!
I have to mention that
the Facilities were spotless, the drive-in, secure, loading area is an absolute plus in Sunny Naples where torrential downpours frequently happen unexpectedly, and the abundance of readily available carts to use is spectacular. The elevator is as large as they advertise too!
By the time I left with my lease signed, keys in hand, and access codes in wallet, I felt like I had made the right choice and that my personal possessions would be safe in their new climate controlled, carpeted, 6 am to 9pm access 7 days a week location.

First of all, Bob at the Golden Gate location is remarkable to deal with. He is was very personal and accommodating to our needs.
The facility is the cleanest self storage that we viewed. The Lock Up provided use of a small truck to move our stuff to the storage facility and once we got there, they had nice carts to allow for a quick move into our rental locker. I highly recommend this place!

Could notask for a nicer group of people to work with, a cleaner or safer environment - and at a price that is very competitive. We see the staff each time we enter the building, during regular business hours, and they could not be more pleasant, helpful and appreciative of our business. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. We like the situation so much that we added a wine locker to our account.

I was in need of a storage unit for a new build construction home. Thought I'd try The Lock Up Self Storage as it was near my current home. I found the unit to be extremely clean, and the front office staff to be incredibly courteous and helpful. Bob told me everything I needed to know! The online process was streamlined and easy to navigate. So far, I would highly recommend this storage facility. I have rented other units in other places before, and while not necessarily unhappy with them, I am definitely very happy with this new choice.
