Was in for a tire patch. They destroyed the edge of my OEM wheel on my WRX. My guess is inexperience. When this happens you have to file a claim and waste hours getting it taken care of. What a huge mistake to go here, don't let high reviews fool you, you will ultimately pay the price in the end. I took a pic of my wheel for this VERY REASON before they took it into the shop. Heed my warning, they DO HAVE plastic heads for their tire machine, but that does not mean ANYTHING if they do not know how to use it without destroying the edge of a wheel.###Update###It has been 5 days and I still have not heard back from their "claims department."####Update####It has been nearly 3 weeks, still no solution to remedy this problem, I had to follow up again.#####Update#####Nearly a month later and I had to threaten legal action. This company does not care if they damage your vehicle and then waste your time to try and get it fixed. If you go here, take pictures before you pass your keys to them. Doing this will be key in our legal steps ahead.#####Update#####It has now been 10 months since this happened. I do not get replies to my emails, and I have no contact person to help me with the claim they already admitted to take ownership of. I have ordered the part WITH MY OWN MONEY AND NOW AM IN EVEN MORE DEEP THAN I WAS BEFORE. If they do not correct this, legal action will have to be taken. Although the threat of that does not phase them, they must be damaging vehicles left and right, is my guess. Do not go here, or seemingly to any auto shop managed by MONRO. That is who owns this company, steer clear.

Horrible customer service. Nasty staff, don’t want to work. They don’t answer the phone either. Area outside of service bays are littered with wheel parts that give your good tires flats. Charge you before the work is completed as well. Stay away from this business.*noteworthy update: I called the number in the response on this post and the customer service representative gave me a full refund for the service performed on my car. That was the right thing to do and I appreciate it. The technician who serviced me though should be terminated so others don’t have the same problem I did. He put me in an unsafe situation.

Ordered 4 new tires online and had them shipped to Tire Choice on Immokalee Rd, Naples. Made an appointment and when I arrived they were ready to get started. 45minutes later, the new tires were balanced and mounted. Clean shop. Very friendly and great service. Ben and his team were great.

Seriously LAZY staff. This crew does as little as possible. This is the third time I've been in and the 3rd time the same attitude greets me. There are so many choices for service and this place simply is NOT IT!

Decent price for the one tire that was not repairable. Ordered tire had it in store next day, installed in less that one hour with appointment. Online appointment convenient. Done with the tire change quickly, problem solved.

I'll write this review as fast as I walked out. Walked in with the associate sitting in the waiting room chairs casually with no other soul in the building. Explained I needed to have my tire pressure checked and inspected. Employee looked at me blankly and said "we don't have anything available today." Ok I pressed a little further and said nothing at all? This is sort of urgent in case there's a nail in the tire. "Nothing today." Was all I got. He didn't even offer any alternative. Customer service was abysmal. This review itself was more substantial than the encounter I had.

I scheduled an appointment to have two new front tires and a wheel alignment. I scheduled the appointment one week in advance and showed up at the exact time. I was told it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I patiently waited and after 2 1/2 hours my car had not been touched. What's the point pf making an appointment? I left and will not return. After reading the comments from other customers, I'm sure their business will suffer for their lack of customer care.

Very poor customer service, neither they were kind enough to call an Uber or not even to find out the Uber tel. no. while waiting. Only positive that they got my tire I needed for my rental car. On my own I would suggest to go somewhere else. Entire team unfriendly and unsupportive.

Young man at the counter appeared intoxicated. Was rude very disrespectful. Said he didn't want to be there, etc. I went there to fix my tire, not for someone's drama.

Tyreek turned me down at 5pm to get a patch on my tire. Telling me I needed an appointment. I called an hour before and was told by the person on the phone they can take me as a walk in. He got loud and was rude. Same franchise in Bonita got me in 20 minutes later and did the job. Prime example of horrible customer service at one location and a great job at the other.

Booked an appointment 2 days in advance for 4 new tires. Picked the tires, got an estimate and then a confirmation email. Showed up and was told they don't have those tires or any tires for my car. Gentleman behind the counter told me no one even checked in the 2 days between when I booked and went in. What's the point of making appointments online when no one in the store wants to check stock or do their job??

My tire repair took 15 minutes and cost $38. Clean waiting area with plenty of parking outside.I first went to Walmart to get a quote, it was going to take over three hours to save $23.
