Recently moved to Naples and was searching for a wine shop to meet friends and enjoy fine wines. Several shops in the area, but none with the welcoming energy and personality of the Wine Merchant.Owner runs the place and is very knowledgeable about the wine industry and how to make people comfortable with their wine choices at any price point. She specializes in Italian wines and has expanded my knowledge greatly.Great selection and value at all price points.

What an easy transaction! Charlene made it so easy for me to call on the phone, and order some wines and cheeses/salami/crackers to be put together in a box for my friends to come and pickup. Our friends said that the gift bag was there and waiting on time, and that everything in the box was exactly what I had ordered. She was very accommodating, and I think she gained a couple of new customers today in my friends, who come to Naples to visit twice a year. Thank you Charlene!
