State Farm recently began a series of substantial rate increases which necessitated us finding better coverage with a competitor. The real disappointment with State Farm, however, came with the rude demeanor of Maria Magee who always seemed unpleasant. After my call to cancel our policy she thought she had hung up the phone and dropped the f-bomb while I could still hear her. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this agency as a provider of professional service.

Shout out to Thomas gray insurance. Called this am to inform of flooded car due to Ian. Rep that answered the phone immediately knew who I was, my car and my claim and confirmed catastrophic team will be in contact in 2 days, instruct on towing and set up rental. WOW what incredible service on Monday am after hurricane. I even can hear a smile in the representatives voice.

Don't bother. Even getting a reasonable quote is horribly painful. They put me through the wringer, the quote kept rising, and then they apparently don't want my business because I was dissatisfied with their "process". Pathetic firm and people. Steer clear.
