They use every way possible to make dealing with them difficult. Nothing is easy, convenient or customer friendly. They make the DMV look good.

This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I deal with several banks for our business and this bank is by far the worst. They have no ability to work with clients and just don't seem to care about their clients needs.
