While the service was wonderful the necklace that I bought I’ve had nothing but issues with the chain! It gets constantly knotted up and I’ve had an allergic reaction to it! So sad about it!

I made my first in store purchase at the Tiffany & Co. while in Naples, Florida. It was an amazing experience Afterwards, there was an issue with having the items shipped to my home it was a computer glitch. Despite the problem; Donna the store manager and Vladimir made it right with great customer service, thoughtfulness and attention to detail. They truly care. I absolutely love Tiffany’s especially the Naples location my new go to store! Thank you to my sales associate Ralda who initially helped me and special thanks to the Store manager Donna ❤️ and Vladimir! I am so thrilled!

I have many pieces from over the years purchased from many locations. The quality is amazing. I bought a beautiful bracelet and wore it just 6 times and it broke. They replaced it with a brand new one. Love the Naples store ladies they are super friendly and helpful. Thank you! (Shout out to Ashton)

My go to store when I want to buy something special for my wife or daughter. They have a record of all my purchases so I can easily buy an item in the same style as prior purchases. Everyone is always friendly, professional and helpful.

My experience was good!! I went there to get my Tiffany necklace cleaned and when I dropped my necklace the lady was very pleasant and helpful! I picked up two days later and the gentleman at the door was very nice to my son and I.

I love all my Tiffany and Co items. I just recently received an AMAZING engagement ring (my dream ring) and im in love with it. The associate who helped with the ring was amazing from start to finish. I also have a beautiful charm bracelet that my now fiancée has been slowly adding too. Along with that, they have always accommodated with any resizing or problems with my bracelet and ring. Over all beautiful store and items. With that being said, do not expect much of a friendly vibe when entering the store. I assume it is because of my age, as this happens each time, but when I went in after getting my ring resized, we let the associate know that we're here to pick the ring up and she looked us up and down, and said OK and just walked away, but when she came back after seeing the ring we had purchased and resized, she was all smiles and complements. If you look like you don't buy luxury brands, beware.
