The food and service there is always excellent. We usually go there for happy hour but this is the first time we actually sat at a table and had dinner. Will definitely be back

We were there at night & during Christmas Season—downtown Naples is decorated beautifully so eating outside on a nice evening is the way to go weather permitting. My husband loves the Sanibel chicken & I love the filet mignon salad-the bungalo salad is delish too! Just add a protein and you have a nice meal. Our server was Julie and she the perfect level of personality and good service. Enjoy!

We had a great anniversary dinner here. Our server, Leo, was fantastic and we really enjoyed our evening. We'll be back again for sure.

By far the worse dining experience in years. Our food took 1.5 hours to make. The server early came to check our drink orders. It was horrible. We will never go to Tommy Bahama ever again. Super upsetting.

Yesterday was unseasonably cold Yet the doors were wide open at the restaurant. The heaters were on outside and it helped some however indoors it was even colder than Outdoors because there was no heaters or sunshine. Every single Patron in the restaurant had a jacket on buttoned up to their neck and most employees had jackets on. We were freezing as I don't think the temperature was above 60 in the restaurant. Had we not been there for a special occasion with my 89-year-old mother and on a time frame because we live an hour away, we would have left to eat somewhere else. She wanted to stick it out. She had on a turtleneck a cashmere sweater and a jacket. I noticed she was shivering but she was a trooper. She wanted her crab avocado salad. The food was exceptionally delicious and our server was wonderful. He was also freezing his butt off.

My dinner was delayed beyond the rest of the people at the table. It was overlooked. The waitress apologized and had the manager take it off the bill.

Music is just too loud it makes it difficult to have a conversation with your party and or servers. The service was average. Had to wait for a table to be cleaned for about 10 minutes, even with a reservation.

We visited on 11/7/25: Mai Tais, chip And guacamole were spectacular, as always. Server was excellent- humerous, very conscientious.

Our food was great and the portions are big. The Malted Chocolate Pie dessert was the best ever! Outdoor dining is covered and very pretty. Live music added to the great ambiance. Service was great. We've been many times but it was the first time for our friends and it's now their favorite restaurant in the area.

Our server was terrific, the noise level was insane, I found my chicken moist, well seasoned but a bit chewy and stringy.

Really enjoyed our meal here! The drinks and food were outstanding. I was worried it would be over rated but it was as good as people say.
