What a joke after waiting over a year and a half for a rolex, they told me that there is NO list,(which is what they said back then) they get delivery of a rolex and will call a "priority" customer not someone that was waiting, why take down my information with no intention of selling to me

This was my third experience with Don over at the waterside shops Bucherer. I was able to add a 36mm Rose gold day date, and also recently allocated a 31mm Oyster Perpetual for my wife in the beautiful Tiffany Turqoiiuse blue! Simply amazing service. Can’t wait to come shop again soon! Thanks Don!!
