No guarantee when it will arrive once The store makes the sale your in Gods hands sir.( Read below to see why)Terrible experience Was told a Safe they had on sale online was out at their store, and to order and have it shipped. The company that does their shipping did not deliver when they said they would nor the next day or the day after that. There distribution center received it in an area around my house so I knew it had to be delivered that day. They had it from 8:54am. I took the day off and got some help to get the safe moved safely inside the house. It was never delivered and at around 11:00pm the status changed to EXCEPTION. I called the distribution center and it was closed Saturdays and Sundays. So I called the store I had purchased from. They give me a Customer Service Number. The people there told me that they did not know what was happening and could not figure it out for another 3 or so Days because of the holidays. So my Money and My safe is sitting in limbo for 3 or so more days. She said they could refund my safe but I would lose the Delivery Fee ($100.00). Also there is no telling when I would receive my refund because it gets processed when the store receives the product. So it could be 7-10 Business days after the store gets the safe back. Now I call the store Manager at the location to see if they can help me out. The manager tells me that the best he can do is $450.00 for the safe. Now lets think here I lose $100.00 Then wait to see when I get my money back. Then pay an additional $450.00 for another one. I have to go get it myself and load it and transfer it. My now $350.00 deal has turned into a $550.00 endeavor curtesy of Tractor Supply of Naples. I worked customer service for many years. In my time I've never seen the customer get treated like this ever. This experience has only taught me to never Order online from Tractor supply ever again. Anyone ordering from this place should understand that once they make the sale they are no longer responsible for you or the things you purchase. They do not care and they are not gonna make it right. Either way your going to lose the money you put down for Delivery. The process was inconvenient I waited way longer then I should of then was treated poorly by the staff. Not the ideal way to live out the holidays but lesson learned.

When I entered the store a long time employee who I was familiar with was behind the register with his back to me and attending to a task. He did not see or acknowledge me enter the store though we were only a few feet apartAs I approached another employee approached the cashier. Facing me but was so engrossed in what he wanted the address with the cashier he did not address me or chose not to. By this time I was standing at the register with only the counter between myself and both male employees. They never acknowledged me.In about one to two minutes a young lady made her way to the register from the back of the store and acknowledged me immediately. She was courteous and had a pleasant demeanor. I asked her if propane was available. She replied affirmatively and said she would call the assigned person to fill my tank.Both male workers finished their conversation never acknowledging me. I made my way out back to the agricultural materials yard where the propane tank was. A male worker came shortly behind and filled my tank.The worker that filled my tank was friendly and charismatic making easy conversation. He even brought my bottles in the gate for me.I used tap to pay at the propane refill station and departed. The trip did not take long at all. I appreciate when a business have courteous and diligent representatives. Representatives that are indifferent I find somewhat annoying.

I used to love this place, but then they stopped supplying the bird feed, that was awesome for my flock, despite them being a Nutrena distributor. I asked the manager a few times and he always rudely walked away while I tried to talk to him, he’d tell me he’ll email corporate. When I asked him again, he’d brush me off saying corporate said we’re not carrying it anymore end of story.Well, I talked to corporate and they said to talk to the store manager! So he lied to me if corporate is telling me it’s the managers job!In the meantime the health of my birds have declined and I lost 3 birds. I blame my tractor supply store and the manager since they refused to help me.I’m a preferred plus member, so I lay down some serious money. I’ve also recommended many who buy my birds this feed which brings this store more customers. I would have expected that the manager take the time and talk to me sincerely about this. If I go to Publix and ask the manager to stock something for me, they have always done so without complaint. I can not recommend this store anymore.

We bought a generator the day before hurricane Ian could never get it to work, tractor supply said they cannot take back any generator that has had gasoline in it.... ( which makes it kind of hard to determine if it works or not) They Also refused an exchange so I have an $850 Generator without a scratch on it that is worthless

First time in a Tractor Supply store. I was promptly greeted by the friendly staff by the door when I walked in. Store was clean. The team members there, Brett & Jodi, were so helpful assisting me with finding the right solution for my needs. And also helped my load up my truck. I could have stayed for another hour just chatting with these folks. They signed me up for the rewards program and I will 100% be back. Kudos to the whole team!

Wide variety - especially in the outdoor section. Fencing, gates, troughs etc. Staff are always super friendly and helpful.
