I’ve been coming to this salon for years and had to try a new stylist. This was the most awful experience. Very inexperienced with color.
She took out the foils too early so the color was off and blotchy. During the blow drying process I could see the work and started to get worried. She tried to fix the issue with a toner and treatment which turned my hair orange.
If you are coming to this salon, do not pick Yaritza to touch your hair. In 20 years of doing highlights, I am going to have to chop off the rest of my hair to get rid of the damage she caused. A true stylist would know not to overlap with bleach.
Absolutely awful.

This was my first visit at this salon. Nahomie did an awesome job. She was gentle, precise, and took her time. I would definitely recommend her, and would choose her the next time we vacation here.

Amarilis Arevalo is the aesthetician at Tropical Hair in Naples, and she is beyond excellent! She has done my manicures, pedicures and waxing for more than ten years, and I am always amazed by her skill, her patience, her creativity and her timeliness, always accommodating, always masterful. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

I've been coming to naples from Minnesota for 10 years and the first thing I scheduled is a pedicure, she does an amazing job, goes over and beyond my expectations, friendly ,kind and very professional.

This is my favorite salon ever! Natalie does such an outstanding job every time! She does my highlights and they always look exactly like what I want and even better, I always leave so confident and happy! I also receive so many compliments on my hair after she does it and have sent friends there and they love it just as much as I do! Plus the customer service is amazing, everyone in there is so sweet and friendly. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone or to check it out if you’re in the area!! 💕

This was, by far, the worst experience we have ever had at a hair salon. Firstly, the appointment took nearly three times as long as they said it would. The stylist was treating multiple people at the same time, would take coffee and eating breaks during the style, and was generally, very insensitive and calloused towards the customer. The salon was in a constant state of chaos. The price was wildly more expensive than most places in Naples. And after all of this a few of the extensions fell out that same night. It was absolutely awful in every way. We will never go back here.

My Manicurist, amarillis, is the absolute best. She is a hard working wonderful person.
Amarillis is professional, meticulous,keeps her appointments on time and does an excellent manicure/pedicure at a reasonable price.
