I called to ask questions about the auto trailer and asked who I was speaking to and she just hung up on me. Worst customer service and should not be in business.

I am sitting in my car waiting to return the truck because the person at the counter doesn't know how to check in the truck. The other person is on break. It's fine, my time isn't important. I was told to come back in 15 minutes. UPDATE. It has been 30 minutes. I am still waiting. The woman working the counter is now rude to me. Finally done. Another employee showed up, didn't know what she was doing, but figured it out.

The worst Ever! I went there and it took almost 30 minutes to get my rental straightened out, after that it took another 25 minutes to simply return the rental with no other customers there. This place is trashy and the Spanish ladies running it are very incompetent. They tried to tack on extra fees for no apparent reason. Use a regular U-haul location please.

I want to say that I called every truck rental in the area- not one answered the phone. The one that did answer the phone was rude. I called this location and Jaun answered the phone. He was polite and proffessional and he got my business.

When you answer the phone, you say something like " thanks for calling U-haul how can I help you." I talked to two different people that couldn't speak English who acted like they didn't know what U-haul was..... Your employee's are losing you money!
