Disaster, they charged me for technical assistance that never arrived, punctures in the middle of the i75 in the middle of nowhere for more than 2 hours and only God and a highway rengers that was passing by for the 3rd time were we able to leave that place with some infernal mosquitoes and these people They didn't even do the job after calling them several times to communicate with us for an apology only if they can be called people, in short I never recommend it and I gave them one star over another to make the publication.

On May 7th we rented a truck which we returned on the 8th, but after delivering the truck they continued to charge me charges from the U haul company. Today, June 16, I called the company at the location that rented it in Golden Gate, Naples, Florida and when I explained to the girl that I left, she mistreated me horribly with words that I better not put here, I hope this has some impact on the person rude person who attended me.

The truck was cleaned, but there were some issues. To close the driver side door properly, you have to slam it with all your strength. There was a message on the dashboard about the gas cap that was not properly closed, while it was. I could handle all that, but the staff was very rude. For that I will not rent from that place anymore.

If you like to be treated poorly and taken advantage of, then this is the place for you. We had a 7am rental pickup, girl inside told my husband they don’t release trucks til 8. Manager comes out at 7:30 and refused to give us the keys even though he is IN THE TRUCK! Told us he doesn’t care that we’ve been waiting with our kid in the car. Area is dark, filthy and unsafe. Save yourself and go elsewhere.

This U-Haul location was actually pretty reasonable and very well priced with good customer service. I never had an issue of any kind with them. They did not try to overcharge me on my credit card, the charges were just the way they should have been. My only complaint was with the truck. It was filthy on the inside and you had to slam the doors real hard to get them to shut all the way. They really should keep their trucks cleaner and better maintenanced. Other than that everything was just fine. I recommend just for the customer service and the pricing.

The lady in charge of the uhaul has horrible customer service skills, charged me twice for the service days after. I called to ask what’s going on she simply replied I don’t know that’s not my problem and hung up on me.

This uhaul place did not give me a copy of the contract and I was told that it was going to my email address that I gave her but she never did. Unit no. 770D truck was returned within 5 hrs. When I ask for my receipt she said that it will be at 5pm although it was returned at 1 PM. I never received a copy of the receipt that I paid when I returned the truck.

This location not bad but Uhaul itself is very poor in there customer service and coordinating with you and the smaller satelite offices.
