Lidicy is amazing. She is kind and personable and her work is outstanding. She goes above and beyond to ensure you’re happy. I’ve never gotten more compliments in my hair before. I will continue to go to Lidicy as long as she’ll have me as a customer. She’s amazing ly talented and so sweet.

Naomi (manager), Markey, and everyone up front were fabulous ! Very nice and hospitable. Other manager whom came up front while I was checking out should be more discrete when talking/yelling to a younger employee… did not seem like a pleasant person to have as a manager js🧍🏼♀️ …anyways great experience from the moment I walked in 🤪🤍✨

I booked a hair appt online over 24 hours in advance and 20 minutes prior to my appointment I got a call that they could not keep my appointment and no other hair stylist was available just for a kids cut. I am very dissappointed in the customer service regardless of them saying the online system allows overbooking, there is no excuse 20 minutes before when they knew their schedule.

I love going to Ulta to get my hair done! Rita at this location is one of the best stylists out there! She is also kind and patient. Her results are amazing and always come out leaving happy. Definitely would recommend!

The customer service at Ulta in the Mercato is top-notch! The employees are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. I had such a great experience, and if I lived closer, I’d be here all the time!

Never in my life have I had a worse experience with any beauty service/retailer. Had an appointment with Dumitra, on New Year’s Eve scheduled for 3pm. I showed up ON TIME, to find she was finishing with another customer. Totally get it, not a big deal. Not only was there zero urgency as she chatted, took photos with, and received gifts from said customer, I did not sit in her chair until 3:17. Almost 20 minutes PAST by appointment time, to then have her tell me there is not enough time for her to do my scheduled service. I had scheduled a non refundable make up appointment following the service, going off of my appointment with Dumitra. Upon speaking to the salon manager, who Dumitra would not allow me to speak to without her standing there and adding in her own version of events (lies) she proceeds to then speak about me 5 feet away to the other stylists which was apparently ok with the salon manager. Was told to call after I finished make up to come have my service done and comped. Only for me to call multiple times, and ignored. So, after paying $100 I had to go home, get in the shower and do my own hair ON NEW YEARS EVE, which ruined my make up.The only remedy I was offered from the store manager the following day was to come in and have the service done. No thanks, and thanks for screwing me on my $100 make up service as well! Save your money & time and go to professionals who respect you and your time.

Great customer service in Ulta in the Mercato. The employees are so nice and welcoming. Very professional. I had such a great experience in this store. If I lived closer I would shop here all the time.

Tried to make a return. On a gift sent to store. So called manager Naomi made a mistake and gave credit back to person who bought gift. Rather than store credit. Made me wait while closed out an employee. Called someone and literally said that was an issue with ulta. Called the next day to complain. lol she’s a manager and than said it’s not allowed to give store credit on gifts. Called corporate she hit the wrong button. Don’t deal with Naomi if you shop there. She takes no responsibility for her mistakes. I won’t use this location!!!
