VERY rude; dismissive. Told cashier working with me to help someone else, then began speaking Spanish to the customer in front of her. Definitely discriminated against, very racist vibe in this store.Returning a baby bliss flat iron-WITH receipt-caused significant burns to my ear, head and finger due to its lack of space between the plate and the end of the product. Had only been using this for 30 days, but purchased the product over 60 days ago. Requested the regional manager's name, and Brenda gave me her manager's name instead... Then claimed she didn't know her regional manager's name. Refuse to credit my credit card, and only wanted to give me a store credit. What another awful experience at this store.. selection & someone greeting you does not make up for racist behavior by employees.

Tried the eyebrows benefit bar. Not satisfied by the lip and eyebrow cleaning. Came back home and finished the work myself. Waste of money.

All the other Ulta's in this area (coconut point, and pine ridge Rd), have excellent customer service, that the employee's are happy to be there, smiling, are educated on beauty products and professional. Now... Let's review the Ulta at Mercato Mall. For Ulta at Mercato, that is located at one of the highest income area's in the world, you would think you would have the best of the best experience. The last couple of times I have visited in Mercato, Ulta, the customer service are pathetically horrible. The employee's are either standing around playing on there personal phones, don't know what's going on and energy are college students that really don't want to be there. I think it was the manager the last couple of time (didn't get name, middle age blonde in a black suit. Looks like celebrity "Chery Hines), she'll ask you if she can help, thinking you're pathatic, hurries to help you so she can disappear. She makes you feel like you are a waste of her time. Wanted a lipstick from a low cheaper brand that was a "try," display, after a few minutes waiting at a scene of college employee's standing there playing on phones, the person that looked in the back comes back, sorry we don't have it. Than why do you have it on display. A biggest concern I have about that Ulta is but not once but a couple of times, I would ask a employee, a suggestion to a easy/ basic skin issue or a makeup recommendation. I would see them look it up on Google for the answer. What??? No wonder Sephora is ahead of the game. I do have seen that, no disrespect but I have gotten more respect and a better experience from the"Adult," employees. They have actually want to help me, took there time. Went to Mercado/Ulta yesterday, and when is appropriate that your College employees or any job to wear sweatpants to work? Is Is Mercado Ulta a gym.

This has to be one of the worst displays of Customer Service , that I have ever experienced. My intentions were to inquire about Rihanna‘s skin care line. The whole skin care and make up is new to me so I need assistance. There were two young ladies, working who ignored me from the beginning, didn’t speak or anything I walk up to them, and say excuse me to get their attention to help me, one of the young ladies looked at me and said yeah, smh. Not may I help you or not how are you doing today but a, what are you doing in my store get out yeah. Then her and her coworker proceeded to giggle among themselves as if trying to belittle me was funny. Of course at this point, I didn’t want to do business there, but I did want to address my concerns to the manager, that wasn’t much better. I spoke with the manager & explain to her what had taken place. She played the concern part because she had to put her body language and Dimino told a different story. If that’s how ultra beauty treats customers, I would definitely find another place to patronize!

I was verbally harassed by a sales assistant name Micaela in this store on 21st January around 2pm because I didn’t want to leave my personal details at checkout. It was quite shocking, so shocking that I decided to abandon my shopping and not buy any products and will not return to an Ulta Beauty store again. Just as I was walking out the store other customers came up to me to tell me they purposely have dodged that same sales assistant before and that they couldn’t believe how I had been spoken to. I emailed Ulta Beauty customer service the day it happened and am still waiting for a response.

I use to be a former employee for Ulta beauty and I must say that there need to be action taken immediately. You need to educate your advisors better about the ulta app. I asked could I scan my items so I can place a bopis order online and pick it up in the store. Your advisor by the name of Mikayla basically told me no that I wasn’t able to scan the items I was basically gonna buy there in store and proceeded to look me up and down in a manner that made me feel like I didn’t belong. I never had a bad experience as an employee working for ulta beauty or as a customer while shopping with ulta beauty. Until my experience with this particular advisor. I will not be investing my money into this location.

Staff was friendly and asked if we needed help, cashier told us about the makeup we decided to buy. Large store and selection, some items reasonably priced. Lots of samples out to see and smell

Earlier that day I went online to purchase some items from Ulta with my coupon. However, later I decided that I would visit the Mercato location personally to ensure I get the products before XMAS. I found out this location no longer carry Kiehl's or MAC so when checking out, so I had 2 out of the 4 products I needed. She took my coupon and I asked if I could pay for the other two products I needed and have them shipped. She told me that my coupon wouldn't be good for either of those products. I responded that I had already almost purchased them online and my cart showed the total discount of 20% on all items including the Kiehls. So I know it would work. She then said, sorry "We don't do rainchecks." What? That is not even the right verbiage considering you don't stock them period. Well Ulta's websites states that stores will do this for you, but I guess this one doesn't want to go the extra mile.

No way. I just spent $115 for some employee who was sitting around doing nothing to come tell me and my friends to "stop talking so loud" we were in line just purchasing our goods talking at a moderate volume. The woman was incredibly rude when I was just trying to make a purchase! I am a frequent shopper here but I'm so so so so so happy they just built a stand alone Sephora less than a half mile away! Praise the lord hopefully I can shop in peace with my friends there!
