I usually go to the UPS store down by Baker hospital but I had to stop at this one yesterday which was the second time in about a month that I had to go to this one. I have to say I was shocked at how rude they were. I know one guy is the owner and I’m not sure about the other associate that was there but they were both there the last time I was there and they were both rude and snotty to people. The one guy who I’m assuming is an owner was very argumentative with me about second day shipping. I ship 2 to 3 times a week from UPS and I know that second air is typically between 12 and $14. Sometimes a little bit more depending on where it’s going to. He also charged me five dollars for a manila envelope. Usually if I have to ship a document they put it in a real padded envelope for $2.50 at the other UPS store when I questioned him about the envelope and if the legal documents enclosed would arrive in tact since there were metal clips, he rolled his eyes and said we do this all the time. This is the only way we do it. Well, I know that that’s not true! And if it is true, at their store, they should change their practices, because if my documents don’t get to the state of Florida in tact, I’m going to hold that UPS store responsible! The other associate was rude to a guy who came in without his UPS box delivery slip/tag. The guy has a box there and had something delivered and just wanted to get his stuff. He had a drivers license but the associate would not accept it saying that he had to have the slip. Well, I know that to not be a fact, because I always pick things up without the slip because my neighbor will often tell me if something came to my house, and I stop at the UPS store on my way home from work. I just show my drivers license and I have an account on file because I have a box there and so they get to know me. They’re an extension of my business. But the way that the guys treated the customers at that UPS store is horrible! Just go to a different UPS store!

Not a customer friendly store.What a waste of time. emailed a label per their website directions to Their Store. Got There, Stood in line for a while. when it was my turn. I told the man I had emailed them a label for shipping. he asked me where I sent it. I told him I sent it to their UPS store per their website directions. he informed me that he does not have access to that, only the manager does. And I need to send it to a different email that is not on their website.

A short man with a black shirt grey hair and glasses was EXTREMELY rude. He is lucky he was not wearing his badge because the attitude that was given to us was unnecessary. No instructions were given to us about what to do and yet he had the nerve to get mad at us for trying to figure things out ourselves. He had no decorum. I feel bad for the customers and especially the employees that have to deal with this man. DO BETTER and BE BETTER.

Terrible rude staff. Wouldn’t help the costumer before me and was so rude to him and then as so rude to me. Wanted to ship on a UPS account but said they couldn’t because they don’t have access to UPS. Aren’t they ups store?! Then was very rude. Never going there again.

Under no circumstances should you ship any package of remote value from this establishment. My mother paid $373 to ship a mirror that has been in my family for four generations. Vintage from the 1800s. They personally packaged it and put it in a fragile box. In the end, none of that mattered and the package was handled incredibly poorly. It arrived in a broken box and completely shattered. When I called and spoke to a manager I received nothing of value. There was no customer service, respect, or care that a priceless family heirloom was completely destroyed by their own hand. I was told I would have to wait weeks to get UPS to come out an evaluate, and even after that we would only be getting the payment of shipment returned. It will likely cost hundreds to get this mirror restored. My disappointment is immeasurable. Stay far away.

Terrible customer service. Will never come back here. Employees are super rude. They don't greet or acknowledge you at all. The bigger lady with the 80s hair-do was the worse one.

I had such a disappointing experience at my once-favorite, neighborhood UPS store I would use for the longest time to return my Zappos and Amazon packages. I overnighted a package with all kinds of baked treats, cookies, and other perishable food items for my son's birthday and paid $187.00, to be exact. The package was delivered 4 days later and its contents were all spoiled. My son had to throw his birthday gift away. I was heart-broken!I called the UPS office to complain, but Paula, one of the ladies who work there, had neither sympathy nor patience for me. The next day I went in to ask the store boss named Speedy to file a complaint for me. He said he would. Three weeks went by and after checking on the UPS website and putting in the tracking number, I could see no complaint had been filed. I called the office but Speedy had no time for me. I finally showed up with my very tall husband and Speedy wrote me a reimbursement check, without further ado. Not sure what to think of a man who responds only to other men and treats women rudely? The UPS' office's business model is not very honest and customer-satisfaction centered, to say the least. Will not go back there.

WARNING!!! 3 MISSING PACKAGES DURING THE PAST 18 MONTHS!!! We rented a mailbox at this UPS location as we spent several months out of town. During the past year or so we had 3 packages that disappeared into thin air from this UPS store. One package showed delivered by the post office but the employees there claimed they never received the package. We spoke with the Post Office manager and after an internal investigation they said the coordinates associated with the tracking number showed without question the package had been delivered inside this UPS store. Another package again showed delivered by the post office and again we did not receive it. The employees at the UPS store claimed they had given it to us amongst other packages but that was completely untrue, we were never given that package. A third package with a prepaid label for shipping was handed directly by us to an employee at this UPS store and was never seen again. They claimed they shipped it and the post office lost it. They even had the audacity to blame us for not requesting that they scan the package, like the customers are supposed to tell their employees how to do their job. All 3 packages contained sterling silver and semiprecious stones jewelry worth several hundred dollars and at the last conversation with the post office manager, we were advised to file a police report because when 3 packages disappear without trace it is no longer an error but a pattern and something is definitely going on in this UPS store. The total lack of accountability to their customers is matched only by their miserable attitude. This is the most unprofessionally run business we ever encountered.

If I can give a 0, I would in a heart beat. This is my 5th time coming here and each time the customer service gets worse. Staff is beyond rude and has so much attitude. I don't understand how the workers here can be so miserable and take it out on the customers. They have the biggest issue with asking to borrow 3 inches of tape! As I was walking out the lady started to talk bad about me to a customer over me asking to borrow tape kindly! AVOID THIS PLACE. The owner of this franchise really needs to pay a visit to these employees and teach them how to respect customers and have a positive attitude. Unbelievable.

First time returning an Amazon package. The store was busy, but three clerks working the counter kept things running efficiently. Pleasant experience. Great service!

The store does not accept 'high value' packages and directs one to a UPS hub. 10 miles away Really? When asked to schedule a pick up the reply was 'we can't do this because we are a franchise store'. Really? UPS does not need franchises that refuse to perform BASIC services.

Apparently UPS is in the business of ripping off their customers. They charge $2 to print a label that was literally generated BY UPS. The staff at this location are about as friendly as a corpse. Awful customer service.
